Its closer to 90, but I am still thrilled. I included my loading weight as well as my week of margaritas before this last round.

eta: and there still won't be a bathing suit shot.

Thanks so much :blush:, but I have done nothing other than follow Dr. Simeon's protocol.....like so many of us do here. It is not a "quick fix" as we know. It is downright hard, but it works!!

I am so happy to have stumbled upon this part of the LCF board and found HCG. Life altering...truly.

And you did it all in 10 months, too! Amazing! I know people who have had stomach (lapband, bypass, etc) surgery who have not lost that much or that quickly.

I hope that is me by this time next year!
