ok, so yesterday was load day #1, I ate, I'm not kidding either, a whole package of bacon to myself, part of it was with breakfast that also included 3 fried runny eggs, 3 small biscuts and they were covered in butter and gravy and a tall glass of milk. For snacks until lunch I ate strips of bacon and lays potato chips, Coolwhip mixed with strawberry pie filling. For lunch I had a bacon and mayo sandwhich and some more chips. For dinner I had in n out, my plan for homemade chicken enchiladas fell thru So it was a cheeseburger animal style, no pickles, a fri and med coke for dinner. Honestly I never have a problem eating my whole cheeseburger, but last nite I had to make myself eat about 3/4 of it.

SO what I'm wondering is.......WHERE DID THE 1.2 POUND LOSS OVERNITE SNEAK IT'S SELF IN THERE??!! Not that I'm complaining

Nope not at all. Some folks gain, others lose. It's a YMMV thing. Keep on doing what you're doing

Charms nice job on the lb!!
Marocka, I would take the loss and run with it!!

I am happy to report the Mother's Day weight is finally gone!! and it took a little with it. I was down 1.2 this morning to 145.2!!

And even more exciting news!! 20 days until Jamaica baby, Montego Bay here I come on June 2nd!! Finished and paid yesterday (I am impatient, so last minute trips for me, dont like to wait too long to go)... so I have 2 weeks or so to get through the rest of this P2 and by the grace of god, be down 10 pounds and at goal??? I have lost 10 in 19 VLCD days... not sure I can do 10 in 14 days... but boy, I would be a happy girl. I could go a few extra days in P2, but not much so I am firmly out of P2 before I go! Feeling good this morning.

Had I not fudged all of last week, I would surely have made it! I will just pray for more swooshing too!!

Have a great Friday everyone!!

catjrow3, I just checked out your gallery, because I am so impressed at the amount of weight you have lost, and your pictures are just incredible!!!

Incredibly inspiring.

Well, I broke my 4 day stall and am finally 128.2 lbs today! I'm looking at those saddlebags, and I'm really not sure 3 pounds will do it, so I may keep going with this round (off protocol) until I either feel too weary to continue, or my thighs look more normal (but I don't think they ever were!) Today I am wearing a suit I haven't worn in 15 years (since before my first child was born.)

Today is D#43 of hCG and 41 of VLCD. One day at a time!

Grateful to be in such good company.

This thread moves so fast it is hard to keep up with it.

Way to go everyone who is losing, maintaining you are all doing great.

Welcome to all the new people who are starting and have fun loading, that is really the fun part.

I am down another .4 this morning so I am pretty sure that I wasn't getting enough fat in my diet so that is why my weight was going up. I am going to continue in P3 for another week then add some P4 foods in.

Cathy! Congrats! Good job and you're almost at 100!!!!! Woo Hoo!!!!

I am UP dangit. I don't know why, except I took psyllium fiber the last two days for Berneice issues and may be making me hold water in my *system* or ? not sure why else it would be. I was on my way to losing all I had gained in my P3-days interrupt. Ugh. WATER WATER WATER!!!!

Has the psyllium fiber helped? Fiber tends to hold water so it's more than likely the culprit. Keep guzzlin' (just not the margaritas this time)

Bernice hasn't visited me in 5 days. I was really trying to avoid another supository but if there is no movement by tomorrow I won't have a choice....it'll either be that or explode

Whaaat? No Margaritas!? Heck why not!

Nope, no tequila right now. Just a ton of water. I really added too much Frank's to my cabbage dish and ho boy am I needing the water big time. We will see if the fiber will help. I used some two days in a row. I don't think I will do it today. Need to see if I can get "unstuck" in more ways than one by drinking copious amounts of water.

No Margaritas? Are you sure? I thought it was in the footnotes of P & I with my name on it.

When you do go, it will most likely be a pleasant experience!

I do Miralax (store brand) in my tea in the morning and then drink a 12 oz. cup of Smooth Move tea every evening--between 7 and 9. Bernice visits for a spell every day or every other day, depending on how much I have eaten. I'm so grateful to have found this combo or I'd be miserable for sure.

I took about 400 mgs of potassium and it helps a lot. No fun. Are you drinking tons of water (flushing your system)? It's sort of a two edged sword--we want to flush out the fat (with water) but sometimes it flushes out too many other minerals/nutrients along with it.
Feel better soon! My first few P3 days were really anti-climactic. Here I was, able to eat all the good foods I'd been thinking of and I wasn't really that hungry! This next time I will add that fat in slowly, I think it somehow overwhelmed my squeaky clean P2 system

You know, I haven't been drinking as much water as when I was on P2. Maybe i'm like you and need to chill a little with the fats. Yeah it is sort of like my body is tripping out after such a squeaky clean P 2.

Ok, so despite being very discouraged and sick to death of P2 right now, I had a major non-scale victory today. I've been having, well, let's just say, PANTS ISSUES this week. As in falling off my butt, flashing thong, issues. NOT very professional! So tonight, despite being wrecked from the week, I sat down with 8 pairs of pants, most size 10, and took them all in at LEAST two sizes. If I didn't really like the style of all of them, I would have just bought new pants but they were alterable and still a really cute style so voila! New pants. Also, I tried on every pair of small pants in my closets and only one--a juniors size 9 white pants --was still a little too small to wear. Everything else fit nicely or was loose. And frankly, another 5 pounds and the 9 will fit just fine. It's just a wee bit muffin-toppy right now. I am feeling really good about my size so I am trying to hang on to this feeling and not focus so much on the scale. I'm in it until at least Monday though--gotta see what the weekend has in store!

OMG - today I was out gardening in a pair of microfiber shorts and both they AND my panties slid down as I had my hands full with a bag of soil! A guy driving by honked at me!

Yes it took me 3-4 days until I was good again, I can still feel it if I quickly raise up from laying down, but it gets better every day, I still take potassium 1000mg and magnesium 2500mg and multivitamins.

Had a bad stomage cramp day yesterday and now Im 2.4 POUND lighter SO it will be a heavy correction day today and I dont feel for it even the slightest....

Hey now, it wasn't MY pants that fell off Cat. Haha

Shelby - That's awesome you can sew like that and take them in. Woot woot about being so close to fitting into a size 9 juniors!

LOL Lilac!!

Bjorn - THanks for responding. Oh man, I sure hope I feel better yesterday than I did today. Sorry you have a CD in order when you don't feel like it. I can TOTALLY relate! I did not eat nearly enough according to ****** but I was feeling so crappy, it was just hard to want to eat. How silly is that? We go from dreaming of eating to not wanting to so much.

So yeah, all you peeps out there longing for P3. .. just hang in there and try to have fun shedding the pounds.
