9.2lbs in 72 HOURS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just sayin'

230 monday night (new scale, old one said 225) Thurs morning 220.8 (new scale) My old scale said 230 monday morning, but since its obviously wacked, im not going to assume i lost 15 lbs LOL that would be nuts since it said 215 this morning

the only problem i'm having is a bit of hunger yesterday and a bit of boredom eating, infact im so bored im dreading eating. Have to find some recipes but they are daunting lol!

anyone have any GREAT (thier favorite) recipes they'd like to give me? or a link? I need to try some soup, i didnt want to eat last night, even though i was a bit hungry so forced my chicken down my throat and enjoyed my apple. (i dont like most meat, im a beef eater, and i cant eat that much)

THANKS! AND LOVE TO ALL! I'm very EXCITED!

Amazing isn't it? Hang in there. The first day or two you can have some "head hunger", but you really should not be physically hungry.

There's a sticky for protocol recipes, but a lot of them are P3 instead of P2.

I'm enjoying the P2 chili. Beef, diced tomatoes, spices. Delicous!

Word to the wise when the loss slows down (it probably will) - that is ALWAYS when I notice inch loss. So, if and when that day comes, please don't get discouraged - it's just your bod trying to catch up.

I've copied, pasted and printed this. I put it up in my office at work. I'm making copy to take home with me. And I'm putting a copy in my journal.

GOOD! People start tweaking the plan and worrying and stewing because those big losses are addictive. The small ones and even the "stay-the-same" days are still progress. We don't know what's going on inside there - but the results cannot be denied.

I always try to remember that it is an AVERAGE of 0.5/day for women. I've often lost 7+ lbs in the first week, so theoretically, that means there could be 7 OTHER days where I lost nothing and would still be right on target. Again, that is usually when I drop a size in clothes.

My favorite are shrimp/chicken/beef + endive pan fried in a little chicken broth with seasonings, beef + cabbage pan fried with seasonings, pan-fried swai with salt & pepper + asparagus. The non-stick pan is my friend! Chicken/beef with seasonings over salad.

Disappointed!

I'm on day VLCD 5 this morning. I weighed and only lost .2 pounds. Was so disappointed, almost sick to my stomach. But I'm hoping it is all still working out in there. I have been drinking tea with Splenda, did anyone else have issues not losing with Splenda?

I have used splenda and sweet/low this whole time. I am averaging about 4 little packs of sweet and low a day. My losses have been pretty steady.

I know how bad it stinks and we dont lose. Yesterday morning and I had no loss, just stayed the same.. I was bummed but I ate on plan all day. This morning I was down 1.5lbs.
