Who Is Loading This Weekend & Starting P2 Next Week?

That would be me!

I'll be doing my second round. Did the full 3 weeks (plus a few days) of P2, P3 & 4 and can barely wait to start the juice again!

I've stabilized a few pounds above my Last Dose Weight but that's is okey doke!

I even bought and frozen my boneless skinless chicken breasts , am stocked up on ground beef and have my eye on the local fruit stand that's been carrying luscious organic Fuji apples :blush:

What about you?

I'm actually starting tomorrow, R2. I did a 2 wk P3, an unintentional P4 because of tornados here in Arkansas, and I'm going back into P2 before summer. I have stabalized at my LDW of 237, almost to the T! I actually lost 4 more lbs, but came up when I changed my P3 diet, but still, I didn't go over my LDW! Woot!

So I will start P2 again tomorrow. Wish me luck!

You guys are going to have to prop me up the next couple of weeks! Just entering my 4th week of P2 and I'm starting to dream of P3 foods! Trying to make until the 18th!

Here for roll call! New to posting but not new to lurking:blush:

Pellets arrived this morning, meat is weighed and waiting in baggies in the freezer, purchased my Epsom salts for the detox bath I read about...

Still need to restock my stevia and pick up some potassium as well as more fresh veggies.

Other than that I am ready to rock and roll, I am going to start loading Friday... glad to see I am not alone!

Start Date: P2 1st VLC day May 17th
i am nervous but more so because I can't have wine i've been doing vlc for a while. just protein and veggies but I drink a nice amount of wine a week(which is why i think i'm not losing) so like a P3 eating plan with wine LOL

i'm 5'0 and 140 and would like to get to 110. i'll even take 115

the scale will just not budge

i'm nervous but excited to see results. especially before the summer.

Ahhh, the wine LOL! I understand that - but it will all be worth it to see those pounds drop!! I too have been doing VLC and lost about 22 pounds total but I need a jumpstart. I want to see results before summer. Would love to loose 30 pounds by end of summer and maybe even 40 by my birthday in September. From what I am seeing on this board, it's absolutely possible and I am ready to start the journey!!!

Skinless chicken breast, low-fat (the lowest you can find) ground beef (I can usually get 95/5 and it DOES make a difference), shrimp, whitefish (I like cod or swai). Ziplock baggies to divide up portions. A food scale, if you don't have one. Cabbage, lettuce or spinach, endive, onions, celery, tomatoes, cucumbers. Apple cider vinegar, Braggs liquid aminos, stevia, mustard, no-sugar/no-starch chicken and beef broth, Walden Farms dressing if you can find it. Apples, strawberries, grapefruit, oranges.

My Round 1 Phase 4 Day 21 was yesterday, so I'm doing Load Day 1 today.

I'm at 149--2.4 lbs above my original LDW.

Took my first dose of The Sauce a little while ago (late but I'll space them out)! Starting out eating thick fried bacon and avocado maybe with some tomato and mayo or Marie's blue cheese.

Have a scale that's in good working condition--you don't want any surprises along the way!

I'll add some good sugar free mustard and Frank's Red Hot Sauce or a version of either if you like mustard or hot sauce.

Also look for some liquid stevia sweetener. Make sure you have several 32oz. water bottles filled and ready to go.

If you need to leave the house for any reason during a meal time, have a good lunch box and a few blue ice freezer packs on hand.

On this plan you can dream big!! I am 5'3.75" on a good day and when I am on P2 I can reach 114 with no problem. My normal adult weight pre kids has always been 133lbs. This is a miracle in a bottle as Gilded said. I love hcg Only if life would not get in the way I could stay at 115. I am re-doing my latest round because I have had some family medical crises and they were stressful enough to have me reaching for my old stand-by comfort food. And it was not pretty what I had gained in a short amount of time. Anyhow, DD is doing well with her type 1 diabetes diagnosis and I feel so ready to get back to it!! You will do just fine Good luck!!

so you can have the walden farms dressings for your meals, how much would you use---what do you use the braggs liquid for----can you use the yellow mustard, my list said mustard powder---what brand of the chix and beef broth does not have sugar or starch-----thanks for the great list, this helps a lot----i am so new at this, so want to get started as soon as i can, but have to get my drops first--- so i am learning while waiting---sorry about all the ?'s

Anyone who has a Bloom grocery store near them

I live in the Northern VA area, not sure if anyone else here is in my area, BUT I went to Bloom (a fairly new grocery store chain, replacing Food Lion in my area, and a bit more upscale) and they had 5 lb bags of boneless, skinless chicken breasts buy 1 get 2 free (the individual bag was 11.99) so I got 15lbs for that price

Also, they had extra jumbo frozen raw frozen shrimp, a 2 lbs bag FREE if you spent more than $50! Great deals, especially with me starting this coming week! The only bummer was they didn't have 95% lean GB. The best I could do was 93%. I bought it anyway, and figure I will cook it in a dry pan and then drain it on paper towels. Think that will be ok, or should I adjust the amount I eat?

Oops, meant to make this a new thread, but oh well......I am loading this weekend too!

I don't eat the chemical laden Walden Farms crap so I can't speak to that.

I tried the Bragg's Amino (soy) stuff but it tasted too salty to me so I did without it.

The broths vary in ingredients. Swanson's low salt/sodium has questionable ingredients so I didn't use that either! I'm salt sensitive...
I really never found a use for it anyway. I may water some down if I can find any without sugar and tons of sodium.

I use Gulden's Spicy Brown mustard It's not particularly spicy or brown, though. I used this and Frank's Red Hot sauce (the original) to dip my steamed, boneless, skinless chicken breasts in--I loved this and and I am, believe it or not, looking forward to it again!

Also ate lots of English cucumbers, sliced, with a few splashes of either Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar or my raw coconut vinegar and some dried dill weed. You could use garlic and other herbs/spices, too. I tell ya, this really hit the spot--throw in an organic Fuji apple and I was set!

Mrs. Dash seasonings rock, too!

I'm not one to do the recipe thing much on P2, except the P2 chili. It can be very versatile and you do not need to use beef exclusively for your protein choice. Doctor it uo to your hearts content with spices!

I just eat all my allowed food and I'm done! I found that trying to come up with ways to fix foods with so very few ingredients a waste of my time and energy. I may branch out and do some lettuce wraps with ground beef, we'll see.

I actually made one dish meals many times (some hot and some cold) that included all my foods for that meal and were quite satisfying! Of course, on P2 it doesn't take much to make me happy--as long as DH keeps his mitts off my food things will be okay!

You know, it's only 23 or so days! You all can deny yourselves certain foods for that long, can you not? Be strong!
