I am hoping if not next week, at least th end of this round! I have a whole stack of size 16 jeans that have been calling me from the back of the closet! I won't even have to go shopping because I have a full wardrobe of the next size down, that I wore two years ago!

It is a miracle!! I sure wish I had a wardrobe to shrink into, but not so lucky. I have been so big for so long!! I really am looking forward to wearing something in a size that doesn't include an "X" or a "W" in it. That is not so much to ask is it?

I'll probably always be in an XL shirt, that comes with my DDD's lol (that don't shrink with losses, ever)

I'm looking forward to shopping in the Misses section too!

Down another 1.2 lbs this morning. Between lowering my hhcg dosage, adding an ounce of protein per meal and it STILL being TOM........that is amazing to me. And according to my ketostix, I've remained in ketosis throughout.

I'm officially at a weight I haven't been in TWO YEARS.

I'm down, including load weight, 12.2, without load weight just over 10lbs. I haven't measured yet, but I'm noticing my jeans fit better and my "B" tummy is reducing!

I cannot wait, I will scream!

Great job Zenn, it feels amazing doesn't it? Keep up the good work!!

Ya know, I never seem to go into Ketosis, I have checked it several times, but nada!! That always weirds me out. I want to see it, why I dont know, but I never ever do. Even when I did Atkins... The most was the slightist pink...

Awesome...it sure feels good doesn't it! And you are doing amazing!

The thing that I felt most with this protocol was that once I got started and was losing weight I felt hopeful for the first time in a very long while. I was so afraid that it wouldn't work for me and I was afraid to hope. But now I am almost down 25 pounds and hoping to be into size 12 for the summer (July) and who knows...maybe I will even hit size 10s. Seriously...I felt completely hopeless about losing this weight before and was really depressed about it. This is such a gift...I am so thankful that I found hhcg.

Now, not only do I believe that I will get into a size 10 for summer...I totally believe that I will get down to where I really want to be...somewhere in the 120's. I used to tell myself that anything below 150 was good but I am 5"3' and that is still too much for my size....now I believe that I can get down to fighting weight. Know what I am rewarding myself with when I get there? 3 months with a personal trainer...I am losing it and getting in shape and I can't wait! Hubby owes me a trip to Hawaii next Winter when I get this weight off! Woohoo! Thank you Dr. Simeon!

I finally found what works for me and I am gonna work it baby! My future is so bright that I am gonna wear shades...and wear a bikini to match! LOL

Hi there...I am a lurker currently doing Atkins since Jan.18th and down about 24 pounds but I have been SERIOUSLY considering switching to HCG. Any suggestions, feedback as to the best way to transition would be wonderful! Has anyone else made the switch recently???

Thanks!!!

Not necessarily transition, but I did Atkins before I started this last summer. Honestly, if you load with lots of good fats (fatty meat, avocado, nuts, Heavy cream, cheese) you will not put on a ton of weight that you will if you eat a lot of carby stuff while loading. I do eat some things that I crave when I am loading, but mostly try to stick to the fat stuff.

All I know is when Atkins stopped working for me (9 months of a stall and frustration) HCG started me losing weight again. It is a miracle!!
