Stats: trying again, 10 lbs at a time
WOE: very low carb
Start Date: every day
I ordered some too!
I've been really doing well this time around (very low carb) with no cheats, etc. and have lost 23 lbs since March 5th. I really feel like I can make it this time. I think I'll add the hcg when I'm ready -- see if it gives me a boost.

I'm still amazed. Here I am at VLCD 17 and I'm down 15bs. from load weight, 13 pounds of which I am thoroughly convinced were F-A-T.

I'm sitting comfy in a size 16, NON STRETCH jean at my desk. Three weeks ago, my size 18 stretch were cutting into my tummy!

Little things I've noticed, that amaze me.. I went to take my blood pressure yesterday at walmart and I slid my arm in the cuff hole......read that again..........SLID my arm in the cuff! No shoving, wriggling needed. I almost began to cry right there in front of the pharmacy!

In my personal opinion, a well proportioned size 12 is the perfect figure for a woman. I have boobies and a nice rump, I don't wanna let them go!

LOL! I agree with you on that! Size 12 is perfect! I don't have much rump but I definitely make up for it in boobies, so I am GOOD!!

That was my whole goal! Oddly, I always end up wandering into the Plus Sized section first before I realize - um DUH you can buy regular clothes off the rack now!! Best feeling in the world. I'm not greedy - I just want to look like a somewhat normal-sized person.

You and me both sister!! I want to wear something in a size that does not include a "W" or an "X". My goals are low.

I have an event in August that I need to look nice for (tall order!). I went to a store last night to start shopping for it. I found a gorgeous turquoise dress in size 16W. It is a tad bit snug, but had no problem zipping it so perhaps I am just so used to all things big and loose that a form fitted dress is a foreign concept at this point. That said........I *really*....and I do mean *really* wish the girls would lose some inches...holy crap.:blush: I love how I look in the dress for the most part, but the girls are pretty well displayed. I might have to go back and bring a camera in with me to take a pic for opinions. I am hoping to get one more P2 in before the event and hope for the best.

I'd take even a 2x or 3x if I can buy it in a normal store. I'm 4x or 5x now.

Oh, please do go to the store and take a pic! I'd love to see. And I'm sure it's no where NEAR as bad as you think. We're our own worst critics. I do agree we have a skewed vision of what looks right on our bodies because we've always worn baggy before.

I will. I have worn those sizes too sweetie and believe me when I say you will be OUT of those and FAST. Work this protocol and you will lose both inches and lbs. Make sure you measure!!

I know we are our own worst critics, but I loved this dress....if only I could get the girls under control!! LMAO!!

All I know is when Atkins stopped working for me (9 months of a stall and frustration) HCG started me losing weight again. It is a miracle!!
i have been at atkins for over 10 years, and lost all my weight in the first year and a half, but got a little out of control and have gained about 30 # back, i have been trying for the last 2 years to get it off, but it is not working for me this time around---i sure can maintain but not lose, i have been reading all these boards and am anxious to try-----where does everyone get their drops from or do some do the shots, i would rather do the drops

I do the injections, but there are lots of people here who do the homeopathic drops. Good luck. I ended up here after Atkins (which I loved btw) no longer worked for me.

A well fit bra is an amazing thing that will totally get the girls under control. I hate the "uniboob" look! And that's what most minimizers give you! Go to a dept store and get fit! Don't worry about the size! Just look in that mirror!

We cannot say where to go to get them. Just what brand they are. Here is a thread that may help you:

Got the okay to ask...what's the best brand of homeopathic hcg?

ive lost much better this week then i ever did on atkins induction..its insane.

Load day 2 weight 230
vlcd9 214.8

15.2lbs down babyyyy!

i had wanted to try to do this for a month to 40 days, but i read not to lose more than 34lbs at a time (im following that) so maybe if i get lucky i'll be done in a few weeks!! (or i might get tired and stop at )
