Late check in with you guys...sorry. Tomorrow is the last (half) day of work and I've been packing things up and moving sites. I welcome the 5 week break but my bank account will not. Lol Anyway, it's perfect that my P3 will start on my first day off, Saturday!!! I am so excited that I'm looking forward to my kids waking me up at the crack of dawn on Saturday bc it means I'm even closer to my hubby's wonderful omlettes!!! I'd kill for a cappuccino as well but am thinking it is a no-no? I don't know. I bought some acidophilus and am hoping I dont have the same potty issue. Nonetheless I will be staying near bathrooms after meals for the first few days...just in case. Anyway, stupid lDW was 157 and then today I was 156.2! Grrrr. I hope to get down tk 155 and stay there until my last round. It's now TOM so I'm hoping I'm retaining at least a little since I DID see 155 this week.
How are things going, Shelby? How do you do your correction days? Do you limit the amount along with the type of food? Hope the scale is being kind to you! Hugs!

Morning Letitia and TGIF!!! Don't worry about the LDW. The weight will be what it will be!!! Believe me, I've been there, so I completely get the frustration but in the end, it's just a little number, right? Enjoy the heck out of that omelet tomorrow!
![]() I've only done one correction day, as I mentioned, and it was a bit of a bust. It depends on the kind that you do regarding the amounts. Roasted chicken is chicken all day but I haven't heard of a limit. Egg day is 8-12 eggs, as far as I've heard. Steak day is one huge steak (no limit on size that I've heard of) and one raw tomato. GY day is 32oz of GY and 8oz of berries. The scale is messin' with me. Aunt Flo is in town, I'm monkeying around with my calories, trying to see a lower number, but my body is seeming to like 155, as much as I prefer 152! (We are SO close in weight, you and I!) I think at this point I may not be eating ENOUGH calories. I tried to drop it a bit thinking I was eating too much but under 2000 netting me a half pound gain yesterday so I'll be jacking up calories today to see what happens. <chants to self> "I WILL not drink too much wine tonight"..."I will NOT drink too much wine tonight"..."I will not DRINK too much wine tonight"... ![]() |

Lmao!! I was just thinking how I'd love a glass of wine with my husband! He is taking the LSAT on Monday and probably will be game afterwards! Lol Probably it's better for me to wait for my 1-2 glasses for my overdue GNO next Friday. So glad I have survived this long round! I hope my husband makes me wake up at FIVE to eat my omlette! I can't get to it fast enough! Lol
Hoping we both get to our comfort numbers! Thanks for the info on the CD's. I hope I won't need them but it is better to be prepared! And we ARE very similar! Lol |
