Made mind up to do a re-feed tomorrow..just happened to go to Costco today with 10 year old who picked out Honey buns, Doritos...cookies...Drumstick ice cream:P
It will either hurt me or stall me even more but willing to try it.
Cant stomach the apple day idea..just not into them at all and have read that its just water weight that comes off to give one a psychological boost..nah..I will past.
Will update the results of this little experience..the last 3 weeks I have only yeilded 2 pounds a week with 3 to 4 of those days not losing a thing..just bouncing up and down the same pound. sigh...
Would be a great perk if this works! I am not hungry..just listless and tired.
I think Paula may be right on moving to P3 soon. I felt listless before I decided to do my first refeed experiment and it did nothing to rejuvinate me. However, I have had better luck with doing just ONE day refeeds ever since then. I fast or eat very little (like an apple or something in the evening, if I'm really hungry) the next day, to spread out the calories I ate on the off-plan day, and it only takes me about 3 days to get back into losing new weight.

I don't have much experience with re-feeds, but I think you would have much better success if you followed a loading type plan with fats as opposed to sugars and empty starches? <-- not judging, just thinking out loud.
I have to agree with this. If you have a plate of good food and you want to toss some of the junk in the spaces between the good food, then it would be okay to do that. But not great to eat nothing but junk. That will do nothing to boost that listless feeling. It will probably make it worse.

However you decide to play it, have a fun day off plan, and I hope that when you get right back in the saddle you find it as easy to lose the weight as I did.

There you are, Balance101! Seeing you twice in one day! I meant to say that I hope to look very much like the lady in your Avi when I'm at goal. Doubt my bum will be high like that, though! I can dream though, can't I?

LoL! Of course! We have to have something to strive for! I think I used to look like that...Um 25 years ago. But after a couple rounds and a good weight program, why can't we have that?!

I hope my arms look more like hers, too! Yes, we can get there if we are willing to do the work (or pay for the work to be done.)

Thanks for the great advice!
Woke up to .6 loss so holding on and wont do the re-feed..not sure I would of ate all those bad carbs..am very scared to gain back what I have lost.
I know I probably should go into phase 3 but also afraid..the biggest thing keeping me in the game is I am not hungry and dont want to mess that up. Hoping my listlessness goes away soon...if not I will have to go to P3..sure wanted to lose more weight on my first round.

Shell, if it's any comfort to you, I didn't get the hunger back even after I stopped the hhcg. I was shocked but I didn't care about eating in the beginning of P3 and I had to push myself to make food to eat. I only did 15 days of P3 before cycling back to R2, but maybe you will also avoid the return of the cookie monster!
