My average 'fat' release on my first round was .64. My first vlcd loss for this round was way below my first day loss on that first round. But... no worries... it has only just begun!

Looking forward to smoked paprika scallops with lemon juice for lunch! Not hungry... I just LOVE seafood/shellfish!

Today I felt myself getting hungry... yah... welll no wonder... I put my shrimp into the microwave to cook.. got busy with something else and forgot to eat! Thought I was going to have to up my dose... but no... just have to set my alarm to remember to eat on non-work days.. alas.

So ground beef and radishes it is now... steak later. Alls good...

Lost (well...not lost... I don't really care to FIND it!!!lol) almost 2 pounds of rolly this AM... (-1.8).

The lower dose is still working... as long as I do remember to eat!!! Not eating was an issue to all this prior. Not due to anything other than I just get busy, and after time, you just are not hungery. But that is at the cost of adding to the messed metabolism already messed up by the jacked up hormones.

I am learning to eat on a regular schedule... fairly easy during (scheduled) work days!

Crazy Monday at work... have not been able to check in and catch up with everyone!

And now I am tired... will try to catch up tomorrow...

Strict protocol today... hoping my first week losses pick up... they are sure not what my first round was... interesting. But... the lower dose is still working, no hunger...so alls good.

I am excited to read this I am also planning to go a bit past my 40 day round. I have been strict and not cheated at day 25. I am thinking of doing another 25. I think I am more scared to come of P2 anyway. I would love to hit 40 lbs down before I stop. I am on injections and have been worried since most people I have seen so far who extend their rounds are on hHCG.
Good Luck!

Welcome and let us know how your extended round goes! I will tell you that my first p3 was not tooo bad, I did two CD days, but even during my 'load' for this extended round (which included lots of carbs... even if not stuffing myself) I kept within my LIW window. So SOMEthing changed... inside. I do take HB sups too.. but I believe that without the boost of hcg it would have taken a veeeerrrrry long time.

Keep us posted, especially if you decide to go beyond 40 with injections.

Good luck on your journey!

Just wanted to note, that although my first week losses this round are much lower than my first round week... my average is inline with my overall loss for last round. I have 82 more planned days tho... so lots more to average out... only making an observation!

Less rolly by almost a pound (-.8)... I like the pound plus better losses (who doesn't!)... but not really complaining... almost into a new 'decade'...

I had 0 GY... mixed with black raspberries, vanilla, cocoa, xylitol and (ground) coffee. It is soooo good for a 0% (Fage, of course)... as thick as most full fat. I will go back to full fat after treatment tho... just cuz I like fuller (good) fat drinks/foods...and healthy/good fat does the body good...

I'm with ya on the fat! I have what I call "fat free diet brain" right now. I, like many others LOL, get really dingy on fat free/low fat diets. Fat does a body good!

Your losses are great!! Keep it up!

Just had a really good dinner!!! Took ground beef... browned it up... tossed in a handful of coleslaw mix...cooked it down and then poured in a can of diced tomatoes with mild chilis (Rontel). Added another handful of coleslaw mix and cooked it until the cabbage was 'al dente'. It really was sooooo good!

Now I post this after stating I would not post daily eats unless it was something special or a carb day. But... I am noting this in relation to being rouge. I was to the letter P&I strict my first round, and that is ok. But I am really enjoying going rouge this round... I feel less like I am restricting, and I think it will help keep my head in the game for this planned extended round. And enjoying GY is a bonus... even if it is 0 GY for now!!!

Another pound (exactly) of rolly gone this morning... nice. Not only am I close to going into another decade... but also hope that by the end of the week (Sun) to be at the midway point of my TOTAL loss goal (per the scale/by the number). As I have noted before, the volume loss is soooo amazing... makes it look like I have lost more than the scale proves! And... I am getting my knees back!!! lol

Just over a half pound gone (-.6)... alls good. That is about the average daily lost for my first round and the 'expected' average for women.

TGIF!
