I know... right! Been about 10 years since I have slid into an 8 (that was true and not stretchy!
) BUT... they fit... however, they are loose enough that I just might go back and get a 6! I don't plan on doing any more 'real' shopping until about two weeks after my LIW. But I will definitely need to buy clothes... all the 10 and 12 (that I thought would get me thru the summer) are just tooo big... no complaining tho!!! lolLast edited by 2011me; 06-19-2011 at 06:11 AM.. |

Wow 2011 me! You are inspirational.
Gotta love those macy's one day sales! Last one I went to, however was when I had absolutely NOTHING to wear to a special event because I had packed on so much weight. Next one I hope will be to get some summer stuff because everything is too big! So what is the grand total you have lost so far in your long round? |

yah... kinda looking forward to p3... more for the options (I miss my butter and whole milk!)... still am not having any indication of what would be described as immunity. I have not had to deal with hunger issues either. Getting more bored than anything!
But am very happy with my progress during this round, although I think I will be 20(ish) pounds short of my ultimate goal. I will enjoy the rest of the year in my smaller clothes and do another 40 day round in Feb 2012.Alls good. |

Just packed up four large leaf bags of clothes for goodwill! Bittersweet cuz now I have to spend money on new stuff! Still have to go thru the 'intimates'... didn't lose and cup size (still carrying around DDs there)... but deffo lost in the band...
Will go GW shopping myself for this fall/winter... and luckily I can get away with workout clothes for work... just in a small now instead of XL. After my (last) round next Feb I will go 'real' shopping for the intimates and other 'night out' things... but I am frugal enough to still pick up most things at the second hand stores! lolLast edited by 2011me; 06-22-2011 at 07:15 PM.. |

(+1.4) It is known that I don't make excuses... so no sweating this. Between the 'second dinner' (small steak and salad with cream dress) and Ms. Moon standing outside the door... alls good, especially with the inch loss! Besides...I walk past those black garbage bags and remember I get to go 'smaller size' shopping very soon!

(+1)
Just wanted to add; :P to that one pound gain on the scale! I know it is not a gain of 'rolly'... it is water (or whatever it is that Ms. Moon packs when she visits! lol)... and I am STILL sliding into size 8s... EASILY! With that... I am off to the spa! (-1.6) My new (number) goal for the end of this round is to break into a new decade... that gives me 7 days to drop just over 5 lbs... hrmmm... maybe it will happen. That will leave me closer to 30 away from my ultimate 'number' goal. So there will definitely be another round in Feb of 2012. It does seem to be true that the closer one gets to goal, the slower the number/scale goes down (but it does not seem to be true that one becomes immune to hcg...jmho). I have, however, reached my smaller clothes size goal, so I am very pleased with how this long round has gone. The reflection in the mirror has always meant more to me than the number on the scale.. the number/scale is a tool (who knows my number unless I tell... and ummm... I don't!!! lol)... the smaller size is what is visible!
One week left! ![]() Last edited by 2011me; 06-26-2011 at 06:21 AM.. |

Speaking of the image in the mirror; I am getting ready to head out for the day, and the change in shape is sooo noticeable. I have posted before about what appears to be 'natural sculpting'... and it is again very defined this morning. Huge difference from when I had that over the top 'squishy' period recently. My upper arms and even forearms are sculpting, as are my thighs and around my knees (THANK GOODNESS... have not had knees in years! lol). My face is much thinner and my upper body shoulders, upper chest area and upper mid-drift (above waist), is also sculpting. Oddly enough, however, my lower ab (pouch) is seeming a little 'more' (could be Ms. Moon.. who knows)... and my calves are thicker and seems to be with more cellulite.
It is all good tho, and suspect during my 21 day p3 and my extended p4 (into next Feb), things will move around. Again, I am very happy with the results to this point, and am so very thankful to be balancing out with the hormone issue. The silver lining of having the imbalanced hormones... finding hcg.Last edited by 2011me; 06-26-2011 at 08:54 AM.. |

So I didn't wait to shop... just needed a couple pairs of jeans that FIT! Gotta luv Kohls... and my daughter will be happy to have the Kohls Kash! lol Anyhow... picked up 2 pair of jeans... and a pair of twills in 8s... and another pair of capri in 6! No... the size 6 do not fit... YET (can get them up... but not zipped!) But I needed a pair of red capri (I know.. who would have thought)... anyhow... need them for the end of August. And I plan to be able to wear them! Guess they can be called my p3 goal pants!
Also needed shirts... down to smalls and meds (depending on the style, as I still have to fit the DD girls into them)... but all the L and XLs went into the black garbage bags we took to goodwill, leaving my closet really bare...so picked up a few cute tops as well. It was nice to be at check out with all bottoms in the single digit size...been a loooooong time!Just remember....if you think you are stalling... or even if you gain slightly a day or two (or 4!)... or rollercoaster like I do... keep tabs on those inches! This protocol works... either 100% strict, or tweaks for your own body's needs...it works. KUTGW everyone!!! Last edited by 2011me; 06-26-2011 at 05:59 PM.. |
