I like oopsies with a cheeseburger. Mmmm. Maybe I'll make that for supper tomorrow night. I've never tried them with anything else, I don't think.
Still in my window, but a lb. above. I'm thinking it was the bacon I ate yesterday. Salt. Retention? Or ? No need to worry, though. I took my measurements yesterday and I'm down 1.5" since starting P3, and this a.m. I "felt" a little thinner and I measured my upper waist and I'm down another .5" there, so go figure. I wish I would lose fat off my arms. It's going to be in the 80s next week and I'm not looking forward to showing off my lumpy arms. Oh well, next round, right? A

Morning! Holding steady at 157ish - oh, big surprise lol. I've been here for almost 2 weeks now
Well, I guess that's the idea through P3 so I'm not stressing. Had regular whole roasted chicken last night, and it tasted soo darn good after so many weeks of boness skinless chicken breast. My lunches will be pretty much the same as P2, but will really like adding tuna to my salads. Enjoy your Tuesday everyone! |

Same weight A few things I have adjusted (not by choice) since doing the full 3 weeks of P2: I no longer like HWC for my coffee I found it too thick I guess? Not sure. LOVE LOVE LOVE H&H with my coffee now.I crave water!! Which is a huge thing for me cuz altho' I drank it before, it was by force. Now I search for it. Still drinking same amount as p2 ![]() |

Difficult time for me so far in P3. I've not had a visit from Bernice in a WEEK. I took Magnesium last night and today and need to GO!
I'm up 1.3 again from yesterday making me at +2.9 LDW. Bootcamp told me to get something else to make me go, can't remember what now but I'm desperate. I'm so bloated I look pg and my face is swollen. I'll be eating soft foods today. ![]() |

Big Yapper!

The one thing that works for me (I have nicknamed "Liquid Plumber") is Milk of Magnesia. Drink down a full dose of that (make sure it's in the morning and you will be home all day) and you should see results. Hope you feel better soon!

Thanks Cheryl! I work from home and my boss is away so I could sit there all day if I had to! Took 250 mg of Magnesium last night and 750mg this morning. Had a coffee with HWC first thing, then drank 1L water. Now on to a large iced coffee with HWC. After that I'll drink another 3L of water. I was told to eat soft foods today. I had a mock danish for breakfast (lots of good cream cheese fat to help things move!) I had a few teaspoons (5 or 6) of no sugar added ice cream of dh's (sugar alcohols always worked in the past!) My friend sells Juice Plus and I took all 4 of my daily pills at one time to help. It's supposed to keep you regular but it's not helping so far. I feel so full (from being truly full of it) and not hungry at all. No room for food!

I would try the Ex-lax... I hate being in that kind of pain... almost a guaranteed thing to work! And not like a run to the bathroom thing either...

You too Jen!?! I'm going through it myself. Ah, I feel your pain.
I sure hope you get to feeling better soon. This sucks! My P3 Menu for today: Breakfast: Fast until lunch to due to blood test After test: Coffee with H&H, xylitol Lunch: 3 egg omelet w/2 pcs uncured bacon, mushrooms, grn peps, & onion with 1 1/2 oz of smoked mozzarella and cheddar mix, topped with 1/2 avocado. 32 oz Blueberry Peach Ice tea. Dinner: 32 oz Spring Peach Ice tea. Fillet mignon w/stir fry veges sauteed in coconut oil. A couple of laxatives and hot tea for dessert. I forgot about my water, oh gad. I got to get on that. I did drink 64 oz of tea though half Oolong the other I think is either green or white tea.

I posted my question on some of the other threads for hcg..not sure where to put it really. But can I take hcg while doing medi weight loss plan...it's low carb high protein...wonder if it would work with it. Also I am wondering if I need to do the loading days as I already am used to eating little calories without hunger?
Any help and advice would be great. Here's my other question: Hello Everyone! I have some newbie questions...I read the Dr. Pounds and inches pdf and am wondering what is the difference between ordering the hcg in vials and mixing it with the b12 and silver as opposed to buying the hcg drops on netrition site? I am currently doing medi, but that has stopped working, as most diets do for me..so I am wondering if I can do this and medi style at the sametime as they are both low carb/sugar? Your help and guidance are appreciated. |

I had horrible constipation problems in P2 and the first week of P3. Tried mag citrate, laxatives, even enemas with little success, for some reason my bowels "normalized" week 2 in P3. I eat a lot of macadamias, only have meat once a day (whey shakes twice) and lay off the dairy for most part - which can be constipating to some... |

Mag citrate worked!!! Took a few hours but once it started!
I think I'm done now. Woke up and made several trips to the bathroom. Bummer is that I was only down .9 ... seriously? Oh well, I am ovulating too and I know I retain while ovulating. Whatever. Back in my window finally! Whew! |

Smooth sailing after my 1 correction day in P3 (when I really really pushed my luck with calories and nut butters two days in a row). I'm easily eating plenty and staying within 0.4 and 0.8 pounds above my last dose weight. I'll admit - I'd like to be BELOW it by a pound or two but this has been pretty darn easy and pleasant so I'm not going to actually complain
![]() I'm still looking forward to returning to P2 for round 2 but no longer stressed out about completing a proper P3 and P4 first. Good stuff. |
