Steak correction day help/favor

I swear by the search function...but my only forum access today is with my phone and search just isn't working.

There is a thread I meant to bookmark and now can't find where Dawn and others explain exactly how they cook ribeye steak.

If anyone knows it and can find it and post the link in this thread I would be SO grateful. I have been reading for an hour with no luck yet.

Questions on a Steak Day

This it? Hope it is! Doesn't sound like many people like the steak day. I had great results with the Apple Day and it wasn't unpleasant at all.
