Hey folks mind if I join you all??? Here's da spill...I lost 7.5lbs in 25 days on Atkins in January. WOOT WOOT!!! YIPPEE and everything yelled from mountain tops! It's been a ride & 7.5 lbs ain't half bad if I do say so myself. But fact is I still weigh 152 at 4ft 8inchs tall, hence you guest it smallest loser!! Anyhoo I need to loose about 50 lbs and do it faster than 7.5 in a month, so I've decided to be a ginny pig of my own choosing. So into the lab I go!!! I'm going to continue doing Atkins but add in HCG drops. Yes I know HCG protocol is only 500 calories and no fats blah blah blah but I love Atkins way of eating so pppttthhhh I'm gonna have my BUTTER & CREAM & EAT IT TO!!! And just see how my experiment goes. This is a test beep beep beep ... ok you get the point! No I'm not doing HCG injections!! HELLOOOO that's just crazy to me! I'll be doing the Homeopathic real HCG drops. Needles not only terrify me they cause me to gain 50lbs if they touch me. Call me extreme , tell me I'm going over board but hey ... WHO has their only daughter getting married in less then 4 months? That would be ME!!! Strick Low Carbers will judge me for sure, all I ask of them is to please just calm it down, sit back and watch as this low carb ginny pig jumps on the wheel of lets gitter done & hopefully leaves some weight behind in the dust!!! Have no clue what I'm doing and need some help and advice so I am posting on rogue blogs to find other daring people like myself. HCG drops arrived today so starting this experiment tomorrow.

Thank you Felina! Well today I started my first Load day and I never feel hungry on high fats,medium proteins and low carb but I was surprised that at lunch I ate a few bites and was not able to go beyond that. It was as if my brain said stop or . I tried again at dinner and only ate a half a pimento sammy and a few bites of snacks, which I'd never eat normally but was trying to get something in my gut my first load day.

My question is should I even continue trying to do the Load or just skip it?? Do you all think it would benefit me or just cause me to gain some of the 7 I've lost thus far doing high fat, low carb???
I lost 40 lbs on Atkins/fats 10 years ago and kept it off 3 years but life happened and I started eating feel good cookies. Gained it all back. Started high fat low carb in January this year because of my daughters upcoming wedding and lost 7 lbs thus far. This month I'm adding the HCG drops to see if that will speeds errrr up a bit. To be honest If I keep feeling like I did today with the HCG drops this just might be the edge I'm looking for!!! I've never counted calories but think I might do that also this go around because I found out just to loose 2lbs a week at 4' 8" I'd have to only eat like 500 calories anyway. Wow Guess it's time to start looking at calories. 159/152/105

SmallestLooser, wish you luck in blazing your new trails! I lost 30 lbs (21 first round - I only did it for 2 wks and then went to P3) in 2 rounds in 2011 & kept it off for 5 mos. I then had an injury, and was in a wheelchair on and off for the past 1 1/2 years. I am now doing JUDDD, where many people also do JUDDD low carb, and do it well, so I invite you to come check us out.

I am toying with doing a JUDDD/HCG hybrid, and have worked out a schedule for a month rotation where I do HCG for 48 hrs at a time, then 48 hrs JUDDD, where on my eating days- every other 48-hr cycle (and I can eat up to 2500 cals for my wt on those days) I am taking the HCG (I use the pellets, love 'em) and then on my 48-hr fast days I don't take them. It takes 48 hrs to get them in your system, (your eating days) so on yor fast days you don't take them so you can eat on the eating days w/o wt gain. That is the theory, anyway.

I took coconut oil (made coco crack, yum!) during my 2 load days both rounds of HCG and didn't gain a pound- most people do on their load days. If HCG is in your system, you may find that you WILL gain if you eat additional fats at that time - but go for it - if it works, that's great!

I have lost 17 lbs in the last 2 weeks just doing JUDDD, but as I said, I am toying with the JUDDD/HCG hybrid rotation. Good luck!
