As far as I know it says wait 15 minutes before or after to eat or drink.

You don't have to plan drops around eating, just be sure not to eat or drink 15 minutes before or after dosing. I don't take mine anywhere near meal times because I take them on a schedule of 7-8 hours apart, 5:30, 1:30, 8:30.

I second Kateenie. When I learned that I was supposed to take my drops 3x's/day, it was just natural instinct to think I needed to take them around meal time. That ended up being a big stressor for me, as my work schedule can fluctuate daily, depending on appointments. I adjusted my drops/pellets to be taken upon rising at 6am (while in the shower and then getting ready), at 2:30/3:00pm, and then around 9pm. It ended up being pretty easy and less stressful. :-) Good luck!
