I just use Cajun spice mix, and into the George Foreman it goes for about 5 minutes. Really good!

I sort of boil it...a little water and seasonings in a frying pan. It's delish.

I just had the BEST dinner!
I made tilapia.. I soaked it in a brine I made. Here is what I put in it: 2 cups cold water 1 TBL sea salt almost 1 tsp pepper almost 1 tsp garlic about 1/4 t. dill I soaked the defrosted brine for a couple of hours. Then I "fried" it in a pan that I had sprayed pam in. Really good! I saved the brine for some more fish. I am defrosting it now and going to soak a piece for tomorrw and for the day after that as well. |
