Cheryl I don't tend to eat a lot of fat, which is probably why I've hit a plateau!

I am going to go to GNC today and see if they have any Hcg. I'll let you know how it works. I figure if nothing happens by just adding the drops (i don't eat a lot, but I will start tracking calories closely now) and I don't lose anything, I've learned something, KWIM.

Well, cool! I can't wait to hear how it works for you. I don't know if you'll need to do the loading phase, but maybe not. (The two day pork-out while starting the hcg.) Hope you find the hcg locally! Good luck, and keep us posted, okay?

I don't eat the bread ever, no artificial sweeteners ever, do mix veg once in a while, often leave out a fruit, and started drinking one cup So Delicious unsweetened coconut milk with one teaspoon organic virgin coconut oil melted into it with stevia liquid drops and maybe some capella drops every morning with my vitamins. Saw better loss every day than ever before and I have injected hcg on and off for several years now.

The OWL hcg website says they allow any lotions, denying that it affects weight loss on hcg. I have only purchase pellets this one time but I googled and chose from the first page of options that came up. One that had a picture? Don't know if I can list it because of LCF rules. I love my pellets!

I'm sorry you have to wait so long. They don't sell it locally? I hear some ladies talking about it being available through Netrition.com (I know they ship rapidly) and other local stores. Anyway, I am excited for you to get going! It's a wild ride.

Now, I have not read this thread in its entirety, but thought I should jump in here. I want to answer "How rogue do you go?" In my first round I was a protocol perfect as one can be. When I had green beans it was pointed out that they were not on the food list, when I ate pork it was pointed out THAT wasn't on the list. So from there on out, I followed the strict P&I food list. I found it NOT hard to do either. I wasn't tempted or wanting anything not on protocol.

Then came round #2!!! I missed my coffee and poking around thought I could use my heavy whipping cream instead of the skim milk I thought we should be using--the first container of skim I bought went bad because no one in the house drinks it (my kids use whole milk) and 1 TBL per day??? Who are you kidding?? The milk will be bad sooner than tomorrow comes. So I didn't consider that a "deviation" but this is where I did deviate!!! I don't measure my cream out to a TBL AND I also have more than 1 cup of coffee per day. I could easily be getting in about 300 extra calories just by that cream, but I just don't think I could do without. That is as far as I go with being rogue. I do the proteins just fine--I don't need pork or turkey for 21 days. I can also easily go without broccoli and cauliflower for 21 days. I even heed the "no oils in your bath & beauty products". Call me crazy for being so strict with protocol but I find that that is what gives ME the results I want!!

OMG!!! Why do that??? 1/2 is easy to eat and leave the other for tomorrow I am a cost conscious girl and want my food to last Of course I have to share the other 1/2 with my DD if she is home, but I much prefer leftovers as much as possible.

Btw, I hope you know that I am joking with you up there!!! Eat as much as you want is what I say

And who could argue with those results! You're doing great, Dawn. I love cream in my coffee and feel the same way you do about that pitiful amount of milk they allow (plus after being on Atkins, milk in coffee is hardly satisying.) I have adjusted to just drinking my coffee with EZ Sweetz in it, because I don't want to drink just one or two cups a day. I'm in a strong coffee phase right now and I need it! Eventually I'll get out of the habit and won't use it for months.

I had been thinking I'd go straight through to goal but I wonder if I'll make it past 21 days. Bored and uninspired. I might make that P2 Chili today. That will be the first time. I want to see what all the fuss is about.

Makes sense to me that you shouldn't have a whole day of beef or a whole day of veal.

YMMV. Thanks for pointing out where it was at.
I agree with your interpretation. I eat fish and beef everyday because I love it. Fish/shrimp for lunch and hamburger or steak in the evening. Put hamburger or steak on Foreman grill and it gets all the oils out. For the steak cut off any fat that I can. The fish has no fat at all. Mix 50 grams of talapia and 50 grams of shrimp, put it in FF, low sodium chicken broth, with a tomatoe (as my vegetable) with tons of allowable spices and heat over slow flame (actually I cook the chicken broth and seasonings first for 10 minutes and then add the seafood). The chicken broth makes it fulling and with the veggies and meat in it its a good meal. I exercise a lot so I do add extra protein with no ill effects. I don't eat the grissini and, usually, I only eat 1 fruit.

Occasionally, I make a strawberry shake with FF plain greek yogurt. I do not drink it all. I save 1/2 of it for the next day. I have no ill effects with that either. That's as rogue as it goes. So far so good.

What does coconut oil do for a person?

Dawn, I would love to have half and half with some cocoa and SF FF chocolate syrup. What do you think? They do have SF mocha coffee, powdered, and Fox's FF SF chocolate. Do I dare?? Opinions everyone

I eyeballed everything, ate a bit more veggies than I am supposed to. However I did end up calculating the total sum of most days and it was never over 600 cal. Usually 500-575 cal per day. Some days I am just hungry and have extra veggies. I did have good success, 38lbs in 30 days.

I think that would be fine. I add cocoa powder to my coffee (yes, all 3 cups!) with my half and half or heavy cream. I go with whichever I have open in the fridge. And with the SF chocolate syrup--that sounds on plan too. I think you should try it and see how you do. I know some cannot even do the heavy whipping cream in P3 so tread lightly!! But if you don't try, you won't know.

Thanks Dawn. I tried a little bit of the SF Mocha Coffee with the Syrup yesterday. Let's see if it has had any negative affect. I will keep you posted. PS - I hope all is going well
