Hi Ladies,
I was wondering what the P2, P3, rounds etc means? I started using the HCG drops on Monday. I didn't read the book, I just read a synopsis of this woe. And though I know it may be wrong, I was just excited to try this. I started on Monday for the first time.
I have lost 10lbs already and I don't feel hungry, I have alot of energy but am careful not to over do anything.

Can anyone explain, or give me a link to where I can find that info.

Thank you and great job on the losses!

Yeah, really. The more I read about it, the more questions I have. If you're going to do it, make sure you do it right. You wouldn't want to mess up your chances to reprogram your body! If this indeed does work, it's probably the only thing like it on the planet!

I found an audio version of Pounds and Inches. If anyone wants to have it, I can give it to you. I don't know if the board would allow me to post it here. They do have rules against things like that. Can I get permission to post it? It really was nice to have it read to me while I kicked back and took notes. It's free of charge!

22 pounds for me and I am a type one diabetic. I have cut my need for insulin in 1/2 and my overall blood glucose has also dropped. When the abnormal fat is used the insulin stored in the fat is used thereby decreasing my need for outside insulin. This saves me a lot of monies on insulin and syringes. In addition, it is very difficult to lose weight as a diabetic and this protocol makes it very possible. I have not seen the 150's in two years and when I did I was on medication that made the heart beat faster. In the long run it can cause heart problems. When I would stop using the medication I would get heart palpitations. I dont have that problem with HCG.

1640.8 + 22= 1660.8

I lost 41.6 pounds in 2 rounds.

1,660.8 + 41.6 = 1702.4

On my third round now, but have just started. Hoping to lose 25 lbs this round, and maybe get to goal (fingers crossed). We'll see...
