158.5 baby!!! Another .7 gone gone gone!!!

Stacie, hope you figured out what helps your hunger. My first time around I ate every few hours: apple for lunch, breadstick a few hours later, then fish and cucumbers in ACV for lunch, then breadstick a few hours later. I found that if I waited as long as possible to eat first, it helped. This time, I'm not hungry at all and now eat more like 2 meals a day with the apple for a late breakfast (11:30). Strange how different rounds are different!

Hopefully reducing the drops will help you!!! It's so hard I know to see people saying they feel great when you would eat your arm.

R3P2VLCD5 ~ I'm down another 1lb this morning which leaves me with 10 lbs to lose before I reach my goal

B: black espresso coffee
L: tri tip w/onion & tomatoes and a little organic beef broth.
D: burger & spinach w/seasonings and splash of broth.

and plenty of water!

158.8 today. Went to the gym yesterday and worked out for 1.5 hours so, it seems to not have a negative effect. Down .6

I think eatting in between will help you. This is my true second round and I am not as hungry as I used to be. However, when I do get hungry I eat a fruit and it holds me over until the next meal. I hope that works for you. I know that it is miserable to be hungry.

To all of those who gave me advice last week. I split up my food and everything is going soooooo much better! I did cheat last week and added 2.2 pounds, but those are now coming off!

Yay you!! You just have to experiment to see what will work for you. I have done the splitting up of meals and can never find the time to eat it all. So I end up doing the 2 meals, but it works for me!! Glad you have found what works for you!! Here is to losing even more this week. You can join in the new thread for the week. Jenn started it this morning.

You're very welcome. I know being hungry on this diet can really deter people from finishing. As long as you feel full you can make it. Good luck...

Hi All!

I have rather a really dumb question and I hope someone out there has an answer. So TOM just got here and I've read through the "Pounds & Inches" and it says that you should stop while on menses. However, on other sites it says you only have to stop on the 2 heaviest days. Dr Simeon doesn't really give an explanation as to why we should stop. So should I stop with injections or just continue? Oh, and here's the super dumb question... is it possible to test positive on a pregnancy test if you're taking hcg shots? I read somewhere that you can (even if you're not pregnant) and it's easier for you to get pregnant while on hcg.
