R1P2VLCD20 I released .4 and am at 148.2!
Congrats to everyone! ![]() ![]() Had to do a lot of running around yesterday--I think I'm retaining fluids from being on my feet so long. But a loss is a loss! We're hosting a birthday celebration for a friend tonight. White cake/vanilla custard filling/whipped frosting/French vanilla/double chocolate/java chip chocolate ice cream... ![]() Busy day today! ![]() |

Whew!! I am up today too. It could be because I had not a sip of water yesterday I didn't track my food, didn't have a supplement....just did whatever I wanted. It felt so good to not worry about what I put in my mouth. But I will be on target today for a great P2 day!! Unfortunately tomorrow is my early weigh in day too. I go in early to work, so I will be reporting in on Mon with my weight. Not tomorrow!!

Thank you L&F
You're on point with P2! ![]() I drank my water yesterday--more than usual. I just feel sort of swollen-legs and feet the most ![]() I will be good again today and eat well and drink my water despite the circumstances! I weighed a lot earlier this morning, don't know if that makes a difference or not. I bought some size 8 pants yesterday without trying them on--guess what--I have to take them back--they're too big Pounds and INCHES Baby! ![]() Dawn you had a very stressful day yesterday, don't be so hard on your self! (see my siggie )Off to clean house--more unwanted exercise! Everyone have a great S.P Day! ![]()

There. That should help you be good. ![]() ![]() ![]() And, yes. I have heard of many having lower scale readings if they weigh earlier than normal. Tomorrow should be a good "scale" day for you!!!! ![]() ![]() Quote:

Ok so freakin out this morning! Found that one of my darling children had messed with my scale - it would memorize your last weigh in, track gaols body fat hydration and such. Somehow i'm assuming my 2 1/2 yr old, goofed it up it LOST ALL my INFO!
![]() ![]() And now when I stood on it it says that i am UP 5 LBS. FROM YESTERDAY!!!![]() ![]() i don't think it was what I ate. I did work super hard yester day I mad a garden box and filled it with two truck loads of dirt - shoveling it all myself. i am sore this morning, but that wouldn't amount to a % lbs gain would it!!!???? ![]() . Do I need to do a correction day? which one? wait till tomorrow?..... HELP!!!!!!![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

My opinion on those types of scales will not be helpful to you, as I know too many people who have them, and the readings never match what the "real" tests show. So, I wouldn't fret about it...especially, since your lovely child seems to have re-set it. All of that hard work, and the sign of being sore, would indicate, to me, that your muscles were used, and are retaining water to repair themselves. If it were me, I would drink plenty of water today, and eat a clean diet today. See what your scale says in the morning, and if it is still up...do a correction day tomorrow (only because your scale was reset, and you're sore from exercise today). This is my opinion, but someone else might want to chime in here to offer their advice too. ![]() ![]() |

What I ate yesterday:
Strawberry, spinach shake Lunch; shrimp about 4.5 oz. and some boiled zuchinni - I have had zuchinni all thru my p2 Dinner Zuchinni noodles, Sundried tom. sauce, with grilled CK, side romaine salad with vinagrette dressing. I did drink a ton of water as I was outside working and it was HOT! My scale is the same I have weight on the whole time?... |

Your menu looks good, but maybe, is lacking some healthy fat, and some calories. Maybe, try having a big, juicy, fried hamburger with some eggs in there too. And, maybe, instead of boiling your zucchini for your side, try sauteeing it in real butter, or extra virgin olive oil. Another idea, might be to have a steak with sautee'd (in real butter) onions on top. Your menu looks really good, but maybe, with all of the work that you did, you burned off too many calories, and you didn't really have all that many calories. After losing weight on this protocol, some people have reported a weight gain from not eating enough. This protocol helps our metabolisms, and we require more calories than before to maintain. I hope that someone else comes in here to help too, but these are just the things that stick out to me in your menu. It looks good. No sugar, and no starch....but, also, hardly any fat or calories; which you need to maintain. Last edited by Lost and Found; 03-12-2011 at 01:46 PM.. |

I am now P3D2. I used Zuchinni all thru P2 and actually lost more when I had it than with other veggies?
It was in the list of items from my Dr. but didn't realize till 1/2 thru that it was not a Simeons item. But I seemed to be ok and love zuchinni so i kept it in (oops)I suppose I could recheck my scale - I have some weights i'll try those! ![]() |

I, also, looked back in the thread, and noticed that you were sick, the other day. When we are throwing up, after the fact, our bodies retain water...in an attempt to not dehydrate. Hopefully, your scale was just off. ![]() |

You indicated that you have been sick so this may be your body holding on to the food and liquids that you are feeding it so that you can recover. Just hang in there eat clean P3 foods and the weight should settle back down for you. |

Ok So my P3 weights are looking good! LDW 204.0
D1- 202.4 D2- 201.6 D3- 200.8 D4- 201.6 D5- 203.2 D6- 204.6 D7- 204.2 D8- 203.8 D9- 203.0 I guess thats good? I don't know is it? I just have to stay withing 2lbs right? the up and down is Ok though? Right? The weekend is tough for me to get the right amount of at least protein in my meals because I average 2 meals a day on the weekend because i alway end up out and about at lunch time. Is that why the numbers go down? |

![]() ![]() ![]() Yes. You only need to stay within a 2 pound window above, or below, your last dose day weight. The up and down thing is, perfectly, normal. Yaayyyyyy!!!!! You're doing so well. |

Gosh Darn-It, Guys!!! I just thought of something. It's 7:25pm where I'm at, and I, almost, forgot to eat dinner. Plus, tonight we turn our clocks ahead one hour. So, hopefully, late supper + whacked weigh-in time does not = bad weigh-in tomorrow morning.
