That meant 2 fruits and 2 melbas since I didn't eat the apple earlier in the day.
THat's how I did it, too, although I had planned it differently.
I was confused about how that 2nd day was supposed to go, so I planned on having an apple when I wanted it on Day 2 and then deducting it from my fruit allowance. But since I didn't get hungry until 11:30, I just had a regular lunch at noon and started counting my portions from there.

I was thinking I would do the same as you stated above if I needed that apple first thing, but I just didn't want breakfast. P2 will do that to ya

Apple day for me today, stalled since Friday. I'm basically having my apples whenever I'm hungry. I usually eat strawberries and a grissini for breakfast, so instead had two apples. Just eating them plain. Everything is going well so far. Will report tomorrow.

Apple day netted a loss of .4

I've been stuck for five days, so although small, it's definitely an improvement. Hopefully I'll see some continued results as well!

I loved apples days and wish I could used them more regularly during a round because they make me act...ahem... more regularly

usually by the second apple I can feel the burbles burbling up and by the 3rd or 4th apple I'm rushing to the toilet.

I usually did 4 huge apples on the first day and finished the 2nd two the next morning. It's a good idea to have more than the 6 apples available in case one of them is a mushbucket!

and calories do not matter so get the biggest, heaviest, tastiest apple you really adore and have at it. Funny thing is I actually get thirstier once I start eating the apples , so drinking for thirst part is so true, I have to have water nearby. I liked to do plan the apple days for when I was traveling for work, cause I didn't need the frustration of not losing AND trying to manage 500 calories while traveling. I can eat an apple anywhere.

If I had apple sauce ( which I only did a couple of times) I'd probably just have the amount equal in calories to a full sized apple. It's hard to gauge cause the apple sauce has added water , but other than that it's just apple, water, and vitamin C.

I never knew how to count my calories for the second day so I didn't bother. the two apples usually made me feel full so I'd just have a dinner, or If I really couldn't help but count it I'd just count the apple calories and eat the rest as protein and any remaining calories as other veggies

I do't think it's only physcological cause each time I've done apple days, the flood gates of ......... opened up and I did some big time releasing. It's a laxative y'know.

Guess what I am doing today You got it!! Apple day. Not liking the fact that I have to do one because it means the scale has not moved since Friday. But love doing them for the simplicity!!! So here is to apples!!! I will report how well I do tomorrow.

Yesterday was my first apple day after 11 days on strict protocol and after TOM had me stalled for 5 of them. It worked 1.3 released this morning...

I got only 4 apples in today. And the 4th one my DD ate some of! Oh, well. I hope it brings me a great loss tomorrow.

I'd usually have 4 during the day and two the next morning. I think that's alright. Good Luck!

I wish I did an apple day instead of a steak day when TOM stalled me. If it happens again on my next round, I'll definitely do one!

Congrats Dawn!
