Newbie with end of phase2 question

First.....thanks to all of you for being a great inspiration and providing so much information for us to absorb and learn from.

I have dropped from 169.0 down to 150.8 as of this morning (18.2 lost )

I have been on the hhcg drops for 25 days, I had intended to go longer but now I'm debating:
(1) the losses have slowed quite a bit
(2) The 150 range is where I have held in the past for a long time, so I think my body is stuck around that number
(3) I have a last minute international trip coming up in a few days; and will not be able to prepare or ensure how my food is being prepared.

So, would it be better to stop now....not dose today and start P3 so that I can do my 2 day of no drops comfortably at home where I can weigh my food and my self.

Which weight do I count as my last dose weight (LDW)? Yesterday, when I took my last doses (yesterday morning wa 151.2) or this mornings (150.8). I know that's not a big difference, but just want to record the correct thing.

Thanks again everyone for the support while I've been lurking

OH, wow!! Congratulations on your round. That is fabulous!!!! I suggest stopping as soon as possible. That will get you started off on the right foot. If you dosed this morning than use this morning's weight as your LDW. If your last dose was yesterday, then you would use yesterday's. I am not sure where you are and if you dosed yet so I cannot help out there!!

Have fun on your trip!!!!

Thanks Dawn.

I have not dosed yet today......and since it's after 11:00 a.m. I guess I may as well let today be my first dose free day.

So I will count yesterday's weight in as my LDW.

I can already tell the difference in not dosing this morning. I usually don't eat lunch until 2:00 p.m. but I'm already starving at 11:00.......

I think I will start eating now and just spread my 500 calories out throughout the day.

Congrats on the loss that is excellent.

If you had you last dose yesterday that is the weight that you will count as you ldw.

Yay!! You are halfway to your 48 hours done dosing then. And you will have some "extra" wiggle room for your P3 start since you are down this morning too. Congrats!!!!!!!!!! Funny about those last days without the Hhcg. I am usually not hungry--even if I have been hungry while on the drops. I hope you can last til the 48 hour period is up. Spacing out the food is a good idea. Makes it seem like you are eating more than you have been.

Thanks Cindy & Dawn

I will be o.k. these next two days. I refuse to cheat as I need to maintain; so I can get to my ultimate goal of 135 whenever I start R2.

I'm just scared about P3 & P4 because I'm one of those people that has tried Atkins a couple of times and although I was constantly in ketosis during induction, I never lost more than a few pounds (5-8lbs) at most.

So off to start reading all the P3 threads now to get some hints & tips of what not to do

Cheers
