Complete and utter newbie here...

Ok, a friend told me about this diet and I desperately want to try it. My problem is that I am completely lost at this point! I know it is against the TOS to post the name of products, etc that you are using so can I ask what products NOT to use? Like are there any that have FDA warnings, that are scams, etc? You know how the market gets flooded with knock-offs, etc and I want to make sure I am getting a good quality product. I just need guidance as I am so completely lost!

Thank you so much

if you have not already purchased any HCG..
i would say consider RX...
either sublingual or injections..
if you are set on homeopathic..
Pellets..Any brand..
Evoke..
Green Web..
Intermountain
HCG Platinum
Yavonae (particularly the one with no alcohol)
and a few others which i think might violate TOS
if i share bc they are a web store..
but those listed are enough to choose from..

i started off with mediral..
and so far would not personally recommend it..
but i do think some ppl here on this forum..
have used ..or do use.. mediral.. with success..
so far ..and unfortunately ..
i am not one of those ppl..
i have switched to Green Web as of today..

there are a few which are bogus
meaning they are Only amino acids..
just check ingredients to make sure
that it reads Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin
if it states it has the same aminos as..
it is not the same thing..
some of the formulas do have aminos in addition to..
some ..
such as pellets..
have several additional ingredients

Caution..
my opinons come from about a year of online research
and Only a Little Over 2 weeks personal trial and error experience with HHCG

Its OK to name brands that you use, you just can't post where you got them.

I have used and will continue using the Ovidac brand of RX HCG. It works great for me.

I do homeopathic hcg and have used all kinds of brands!! They all worked for me. The one I am currently using is by Natural Health Labs. I have also used Mediral and loved that one!!

Thanks everyone! I am looking at going to homeopathic way as my doctor will not prescribe any RX's for weight loss at all. I had been looking them up last night and found several really cheap ones on a very large online retailer but I wasn't sure if they were genuine. Should I be concerned about the ones that are available for less than $20?

You don't need a Dr's prescription for RX if that is the way you want to go. Just an fyi....you need to do what is most comfortable for you.

Exactly what I did with my latest batch of hcg. The cheaper the better, I thought!! I think you will be fine!!! I am doing well this round.

Am I allowed to post a brand or a photo and ask if it's legitimate?

Just a brand is OK. And I don't think we can say it if is really authentic or not. We don't sell it ourselves so we wouldn't know!! LOL. You just have to trust your seller. That is what each of us has done. You just have to trust.....and have a little faith.

So are the pellets better or is it personal preference?

they are Super convenient..
you can talk with them in your mouth..
when they are dissolved..
they are dissolved..
nothing to swallow
and wonder if you got all your dose absorbed..

i was not on them long..
but i didnt have issues of hunger
that i am struggling with..
i dont think i have ever read online anything
but positive for pellets

cept for make sure you get your pellets i a Blue bottle..
brand doesnt matter...

I'm hoping they are the legit ones! I know this brand had some issues with the brown bottles but the picture was of a blue bottle and they were about half of what they sell for on the the Vox site. I hope they don't play the switcheroo and send me a brown bottle!

well..its not a big issue for the brown bottle..
i think the main thing is they dont dissolve very well..
they still work though..just kind of a hassle
