I am down another .8 lbs today This last few days is amazing... .8 3 days running now -- I am not doing anything differently, except that I am trying to get in closer to the 500 calories -- don't know if that makes a difference, or if it is just a fluke, but wow will I take it

106.4 baby... that number looks GOOD

dont mess with your dose...
if your hunger is manageable..
your dose is Right!!
why would you want to risk that?
you are not going to see any differences on the scale
by increasing your drops..
but you might see Hunger Starvation by increasing them!!
the only time you increase or decrease dose drops..
is to find the magic dose for you
that keeps hunger monster away

Thank you ladies you have renewed my faith in WOE.. LOL

PiDevil ~ I am originally from the land of ice and snow.. THE ARCTIC ..ice was a challenge I faced everyday..it definitely required a certain way of driving. I am now living in BC and they seldom have any snow here and I love it.. I will never go back to the ice and snow..

Oh you poor cold things! I have been whining and moaning about the 39 degree temps in Northern California -- I will seriously shut my trap now!

Laschance -- I agree with Fembomb on this -- don't mess with the dose yet. Fluctuations happen, stalls happen, and they are part of the process. As long as you can stick to protocol and you aren't starving, you are losing the right kind of fat -- the scale may not always show it, but it IS working.

Thanks Fembomb for being my biggest cheering section on this Your enthusiasm has really helped push me through to this level ! I know -- it is hard to believe how much has come off, and how quickly.... not I just need to figure out where to actually stop, and how to stabilize. Hard to believe I was at 125 just before the beginning of the year -- that is a BIG difference on a little thing like me.

How are you doing with finding a brand and dosing schedule that works for you???

I've actually been losing 1/2 a pound a day eating a bit more calories as well

Awww -- Disney -- thanks!!!!!!!!! You are doing great as well -- so glad your losses have picked up again, and that you can work out, too. I do think maybe eating a bit more helps... it is so counterintuitive, but the scale seems to think it works.

We will both be at goal before we know it! One of the good things about being a really small person is that every pound you lose makes a real, tangible difference

minimonkey~ congrats on your loss.. .8 is a lot when you are so close to goal.. you have done so well.. Did you do low carb or follow the diet as described in the pamphlet?? Or did you dance to your own drum.. Whatever you did it works and I am open to any suggestions that you have to speed this up.

Laschance--

I stayed pretty close to protocol. I did adhere to the 500 or fewer calories daily, but I mixed greens and also ate off-protocol veggies a few times (and turkey) - I also never changed my skincare routine, and I do use oils.

I tried doing meat and veggies, or meat only, for a bit - that was during my 2 week stall -- it didn't help, so I added the fruit back in, and started losing again. No idea if the fruit had anything to do with it, or if it was just the natural rhythms of the cycle... but I love fruit, and it doesn't stall me, so I am keeping it

I ditched the melba during the first week, and never looked back on that one.

Hope that helps!

Don't knock it Just go with it!! Yeah!!

Hope you're all doing well w/ plan (whatever one you're doing). I've got 2 friends at church starting hcg now. It's fun to share when you're so happy with the results. So far, P3 hasn't been too bad. I'm stabilizing, day 13, and enjoying 1800cals yesterday That's the level I should have if I were exercising, which I still haven't reitroduced. So, I'm thrilled. No cheese or nuts, yet, for me. Next week, in my 3rd week P3, I will dabble in those. If I can incorporate them w.o major swings, I will then dabble in P4. We'll see. The continual guinea pig ! Miss hanging out w. you losers, but feel bad posting about maintenance stuff while you are all losing. See you all soon in P3 !

Wow Gracie! 1800 calories is wonderful. my BMR at 100 pounds is only 1200 calories so I'm hoping the exercise allows me about 1500 a day

I'm taking today off from exercise. I'm listening to my body and it is telling me to rest

Well, I bought some size 14 jeans Saturday as a sort of "goal" for myself, but I'm wearing them today! Obviously, my goal jeans will need to be much smaller LOL.

They are tight around the waist, but no shapewear needed to get them up, buttoned, and zipped. Didn't even have to lay on the bed!

They are a relaxed fit style jean, so probably couldn't get away with that size otherwise, but it sure feels good!

Fembomb - I don't mean to butt in here but are you eating your fruit/melba with protein or by itself? I've found that those two on their own make me crazy hungry. I've ended up eating both pieces of fruit as a kind of dessert to my lunch and dinner so it doesn't have such an impact. Just a thought...hate to see you struggling!

i dont eat the melba..
i eat 2 Tblspoons flax seed meal fiber
which i will not give up under any circumstances..
i have serious internal hemmroids and it saves me

i dont eat the fruit very often..
i have been doing this over 2 weeks
and have had 2 large apples
and 2 small apples total..
no other fruit..
i ate the apples after dinner..
i dont usually eat fruits for the past decade..
i eat only berries and melons..
maybe an apple or banana a few times a year..

i didnt introduce the fruit until day 12 i think ..
i didnt have any the past couple of days ...

This is day 19 for me..
and a solid 5 pound loss..
which was lost All in the first 2 weeks..
nothing this week..
but i did not consistently eat VLC...
and i was not exercising..
so i think thats scientifically correct..

Fem- my thoughts. And I hope you don't take this the wrong way. I think you are thinking too much about this. Really i believe it comes done to calories in vs calories out and the HCG helps wi hunger and getting fat off from abnormal stores. Eat low cal and low carb and you will lose

I've had an extra "meal" the last 3 days of cottage cheese and natural peanut butter as well as a few bites here and there of off plan foods. I've lost 1/2 a pound a day still.

And remember stress can stall too

No worries..
I Appreciate the Input
a Lot Actually

Absolutely Agree with cals in/cals out..
bc according to my ******..
i should have burned almost 6 pounds of fat by now...
usually i eat under 1800 to burn fat..
and exercise regularly..
my weight loss pace is 2/3 pounds a month
on Atkins/HIIT Aerobics/Walking
generally 2..
so if i want to lose 10 pounds..
it takes me about 5 months give or take..

i have been bad the past two years
(coincidentally the Same amount of time i have been Married!)
about going to the gym..
i was going when i first got married..
then i slacked off..
i just lost interest..
then i lost interest in long distance walking..
i have been really meditative and internal since i married..
prefering activities which require little exercise...
Naturally..i ended up gaining fat..
i am happy in clothes at 155
and reasonable unafraid naked at 145
at my best i am 135 or less..
so here we have my saga of the decade..
maintaining within a 30 pound range
but when i saw 170 pounds on the scale..
i almost fainted!!
it scared me bc i do Not want to get obese again!!!

i have seen many who are successful alternating calories
and working out and taking either HHCG or HCG...
so i am really leaning towards its cals in/cals out..
just as you said..
but i will say..
i Notice that my body looks way BETTER
after losing only 5 pounds without lifting weights..
i look like i did lose those 5 pounds at the gym...
particulary in my problem areas..
my stomach and my butt...
i cant deny that..
and i am a little miffed ..
at how that happened..
is it the low fat??
i have not eaten low fat since the nineties

i do believe that HHCG is an appetite suppresant
i Know if i find my Magic Dose..
i will find that to be true..
i dont really have issues with not eating...
IF..i am not Starving..or Incredibly HUNGRY GIRL!!
the only food i ever miss in my Head..
is Ice Cream..
and if Ice Cream did not exist...
i would prolly be so thin i would Blow Away..
i could literally live on Ice Cream if it was healthy
aaah Dreams
soooo..
if i can get this magic dose figured out...
i can go marathon not eating what my family eats..
i prefer to keep my eating simple..
nutrition up to par and same foods daily..
cause i dont like entering new foods in ******..
i have better things to do with my life
like you said..
its too much Over thinking..

i plan on doing the Sublingual RX
for my next round..
my sister iis going to join me then..
she has over 100 pounds to lose ...
which is now coming off slowly with Atkins..

i Do want to learn about HHCG and HCG ..
perhaps if i experiment enough..
i will be able to conquer this maintanence..
Once and For All..FINALLY!!
losing is not so much my problem..
as keeping it off..
a ten pound range would make me Very Happy

my idea is..
once i get back down in the 130s..
if this HCG works for me..
which i Know it will some way ..some how..
then ..if i see i have gained 5/10 pounds of fat..
i dont end up needing half a year to take it off..
and More Importantly..
i wont need Any Exercise..
that has held me back..
i exercise for my joy..
and when i Have to do it when i am not in that mindset..
i put it off and gain more weight..

i Really need to find better tools for maintaining ..
Atkins is my Way Of Eating..
but i need More to Improve myself

ps..
my husband says i talk too Much..
what do ya'll think?

you are a talker but it helps

My advice would be to stick to one plan and a dose for x amount of days and see where you are and then reevaluate.

i plan to go another 1 or 2 weeks..
then i have to move Cross Country..
the movers are going to be taking all my kitchen supplies..
so i figure once that happens..
i will be stuck eating out and can do the P3 in my sleep
at Any restaurant..

right now i have gone back to VLC..
and using Green Web 6 drops 6 x a day..
i prolly already said that
i was Very Hungry before lunch...
my lunch was 4 egg whites and half cup of cucumbers
i feel Perfect right now..
when i get hungry again
i will be having a half serving of protein powder..
i ate lunch about an hour ago..
i was fine yesterday on the VLC
except i was Super Hungry after dinner..
but not painful starvation..

i havent been doing this brand and dose long..
so i will see how it is going in another 5 days or so..

Please jump in with advice and input
on my issues Any Time
my experimenting Needs all the help it can get..
i have faith i will find a lot of answers doing this

Mini-thanks. I still check in w/ you guys. But I don't want to share too much of the day to day struggles here. The P3 thread is safer. I remember how hard it was to imagine P3 foods in P2!!

Believe me..i Hate to leave..
it just breaks my heart..
i love the island...the weather..
this community..
if i think too much about it i will cry..
but i have to..
i have been here since 2001..
lived only 1 year since then in nashville..
i have a house there and have to deal with it..
it needs to be cleaned out and needs a lot of work from neglect..

we have lived out here the past couple of years by miracles..
and a dwindling savings..
we rent here...
cannot afford to buy property on the island..
and cannot afford to rent out here any longer..

i do not know what the future will bring..
but i have my eyes set on being able to buy a house here
it tears me up i have to leave..
its not just the physical environment..
its the lack of crime..
the mayberry type hometown lifestyle..
this is not the real world..
this is disneyland
(not to mention its close to the Real Disneyland!!)
thats another thing i will miss..
Premium Pass for Disneyland..
now its gonna be driving to fla for World...

my life is not exactly how i want it..
i pray this is only temporary..
one elderly man who has settled here..
he said..i have been all over the world..
and i finally decided i will settle in coronado..
bc there is no beach city in the world that can compare..
i dont have to go all over the world to know that

Hi, Ladies here I go again..So many questions?? LOL Your going to want to kick me out of here soon..
Ok here it is in a nutshell: I have gotten the impression (An I cud Be wrong) that you are saying to decrease the drops to stave off hunger.. So I am confused here, My little booklet that came with my drops claims that if you are hungry and the losses are slow that you should INCREASE the dose?? Please help me understand.. I am only taking 7 drops my bottle says 7 - 10 drops.. I have no hunger but that may be due to Ketosis.. What do you think??

it is my understanding..
that we have No Idea if we should decrease or increase..
either one will be the answer depending on what your magic dose is..
if you are on HHCG
most say begin by Increasing the drops..
i have seen ppl using up to 80 drops in a day..
i tried 60 for a while and it made me hungrier..
i am now doing 36 which so far is working for me..
30 was not really working..
now..
if you go along a couple weeks and feel great..
then Suddenly you begin to have unmanageable hunger
for More than a day...
it would make sense to Decrease your drops by just a bit..
bc the logical conclusion would be..
you had a dose that was working..
but the hhcg built up in your system..
or..
your decreased weight means you need a smalller dose..
either way..
decreasing the dose would prolly work in that case..

if you are starving..
you can go one day without the drops
if you feel Better..
that means you need to lower your dose..

for me Increasing is working ...
but not at the sixty drops i tried..
that really messed me up!

dosing is what i am having problems with..
i think i might be close to a good dose for me..
but wont know for a few more days of this..

If you aren't hungry then don't think about it!
