Fembomb - I have to agree with you on the numbers. I don't have a thing for even vs. odd but they have to be in some kind of PATTERN! I had an extension at work that was 91613 which I was happy with because of the whole multiples of 3 thing (9-6-3). They changed it and now its 91537--and I HATE it--what the HE!! kind of number is that???!!!! Ok, so I'm a wee bit OCD...

Hahaha Shelby walks on the dark side with us!

Here's a thought to those of us who are hungry today, Maria, Mousie and me, we are all around the same time on the plan....I think we started within days of each other. Maybe we are all hungry now because it's our turn?

I'm in the same spot, 2.3 pounds to be under 110. Been there before but I can't wait to get back. And I vow to never again go above that!

Have you guys had to increase your water as you go along with this woe?
I've been consistently drinking at least 64oz of water at work during the day, but I haven't been counting the extra I drink after or teas. I just think maybe I should be drinking even more now that I'm into this about 11 days.

Just stopping by to say HI!

I finished up my round and in P3 now. Holding ok steady, working on getting enough protein in. I'm working like crazy and having a hard time getting all my food and water in - except of course, for the water I dumped on my laptop today. Boo. Hopefully it dries out and is ok. Dangit.

Looks like you all are doing well! I'm just going to maintain for 6 weeks and jump back on. I will be on round 5 then. I'm not waiting 6 months to finish - or whatever crazy number of weeks it is according to P & I. I have to get this weight off as per the doctor, so I will be going for my next 15 or 20. By summer, I hope to be down where I should be.

Girls, I'm losing my marbles. I got on the scale and was sad because I was up o.6 pounds, but then in the car, I was thinking, "Wait...I'm not up...I'm DOWN 0.4 pounds". Then I second guessed myself and now I can't remember what the doggone scale said! The number didn't register, only the gain or loss amount. I should start writing it down immediately.

kj, I didn't do anything differently, but I did start my TOM the same morning, so that may have had something to do with it.

You ladies are so funny with your numbers.

ETA: the teacher next door has a scale in her classroom. I'm down 0.4 lbs. Whew!

Happy Friday everyone!!!!! I am down another 0.7 this morning to 180.1. I can almost taste those 170's. I've got 4 more days til LDW and I'm hoping to have some wiggle room afterwards for P3 since I'll be starting it out with a wine tasting weekend. Wine is ok on P3, yes????

Ok all the number stuff cracked me up!

I'm down .6 today for an even 8 pounds on VLCD5. Do you think it's realistic to try for a longer round of 30 days and make onederland? I'm at 215.6 today.

Whatcha all think?

Whew! I go away for a few days and it takes me an hour plus to get caught up! Everyone has had some amazing results! WTG!!!!!!!!

I've had great losses this week despite the fact that I havn't followed protocol. Just had too many things going on to count calories and keep track of everything. I lost 5 pounds but I'm still up one from my big weekend of cheats. Oh well! I'm sure this weekend I won't be a saint either, but next week I willl dedicate it to strict protocol and then call an end to P2. I'll give then another try when my life settles down some! I think my body is at a set point and its not going to move much anyway!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Today's weigh in - no change from yesterday, but I'm still in ONEderland, so I'm not complaining. The way my workouts have been kicking my ass lately, I wouldn't be surprised to see a -1 tomorrow.

Keep up the great work, everyone!

LOL!! that's funny!! Yes, you need to start writing it down. I have a sheet that I use that I got somewhere off this site, but I can't remember where. Anyone know where to tell her to get a chart?

Well, I was up .4 today. I'm a little confused with the scale this week for me, but I'm not giving up. On a more positive note, I decided to go ahead and check my measurements. I haven't done it in months. So, since August I have lost 6 inches in my waist. That's the only one I took. I figured I would save the rest for a day I might be feeling really discouraged. Hopefully, that day will NEVER come! lol

Something similar happened to me this morning. My scale said 155.6 and I thought it said 156.6 which is what I weighed yesterday. Luckily, I normally weigh a few times and take the most consistent reading. During those times I realized the scale was reading 155 instead of 156.

Wow! Your waist is 6 inches smaller? That's definitely something to celebrate. I'm a newbie to the HCG diet so it always amazes me how many pounds and inches people actually lose.

Don't let .4 discourage you! You have come so far and pay attention to those inches. They are *just* as important as pound loss. Besides, it could be from all that water you've been downing. It will be back down soon, you'll see.
