Shelby -- it has been .8 per day, for 3 days running now. I had a fair amount of sodium today, so don't know what the scale will do tomorrow... but will try to flush it out with some tea before bed.

MM - yes, I realized that I was off on your weight loss after I had typed it. That's 5am math for you!
I am down another 0.7 today and just shy of squeaking into the 170's. I would love to land there solidly because they have been a notorious sticking point for me and I'd love a little wiggle room going into P3. 4 more days to go to my LDW and I think I can peel off a few more #'s by then! jinxjinxjinx |

 I really hope she comes back--she has an awesome attitude and great stories... One of the reasons I hang out here a couple of times a day...I just don't know. |

I thought it was a joke at first, too -- but if it is, I don't quite understand it. On rereading, it seems more like a serious comment.
I am confused, and really hope this is nothing... we are a great little group, and I would hate to see anything go wrong!!!! |

well its my experience that ppl can surprise you..
i have experienced similar things with ppl i thought i was Close to... just recently experienced something concerning a 16 year long friendship.. the person...out of the blue..Unfriended me on facebook.. when i wrote and asked why .. they Blocked Me on facebook!! WTHeyHo??!! this is a person who Literally ate at my house for dinner for 2 years straight when they first moved to nashville.. i thought we have remained close thru the years.. although havent visited nashville in the past few years.. but Still..thats just CraZY!! and i have NO CLUE.. why it happened.. they had zero reason to do something so Weird... so what is the motivation.. that really hurt me a lot.. i have a sister ..who.. when she got married 10 years ago.. Refused to Ever speak to me and my other siblings.. i have tried and tried to reach her.. and she will not talk to me.. we may never understand why ppl do what they do best to happen with ppl we dont know too well.. than with those we dearly love

Holy mackerel ladies!!!! I woke up this morning to a 2.2 loss. I haven't had one THAT big since my 5th VLCD. 3 more days to LDW and suddenly 175 doesn't seem that far away --2.9 pounds to be exact! Of course I'll probably bounce back up tomorrow or only lose pounds in 0.1 increments now that I've said that!
What a way to start the weekend! After a Friday that certainly had it's ups  and downs  ...Love you guys and LOVE HCG!!!! |

Well, I am still holding out hope that this is all a misunderstanding... if not, I hope Ginja at least explains why/how she got upset.....
In any case, I wish her the best, and I will miss her a lot if she doesn't come back. |

I'm sure it is a misunderstanding. I just wish I knew what it was about since I certainly didn't mean to offended her or anyone.
Anyway, moving on... MM and Fem, I am sensitive to these things too but I am trying to look at the situation realistically and just write it off.
