Hi Everyone

I'm a new member and I'm on day 3 of VLCD. I've lost 5 lbs so far but that includes the 3 I gained loading. I've been a little hungry but hopefully that will pass in a couple of days. I'll keep you posted!

I'm down .6 lbs today...259.6. I hit a new decade!!! Wooo hooooo!

And do you know, my stomach didn't hurt at all yesterday! And I feel good today too. I am sooo glad I stuck with hcg, even when I was hurting. I'm not feeling so hungry anymore...I just feel excited!

I have a get-together the weekend of March 5, with some people I know from a dating discussion forum. I REALLY wanna look cute for that, especially since they will be taking pictures and posting them in the forums. So I am hoping to lose as much as possible before then and buy a couple of cute outfits. I have 26 more days, so I am making a mini-goal of 15 pounds between now and then.

The chicken wings sound great, I definitely need to try that!

Thanks a bunch for the reply... I have to admit, I was starting to feel a little invisible, ha! Guess I better get a pic up there.

That makes sense about the fat cells filling up with water. I do tend to use salt almost at every meal too so maybe that is contributing.

Hang in there, everyone. It does pay off in the end. It has taken me 4 rounds to get here. Some people do 90 in 3 rounds, it took me longer. That's ok. I just have to think about where I was headed before I started - up, up, up, up.... now I've stopped that. Don't give up! Tweak if you must to get through a rough patch, like add a little protein and hang on by your nails.
Awesome girl!

I really like what you said here and will print it off and use it for inspiration in my time of need. Congrats my dear, it must feel WONDERFUL!!!
