P3 Anyone?
I am moving on to P3 today, and quite happy about it!! Anyone else out there care to hold one another accountable? We could post our menus and weigh-in if you like. I need the daily accountability, but don't want to post menus in the other threads (hard enough in the VLC phase).
Come join me!! Today: 149.6lbs - GOAL!!!! Menu: coffee/cream, yogurt Lunch: chicken divan (LC) Dinner: not sure yet YEAH!! |

I just started P3 and I'm terrified, actually. My last dose was yesterday at 7 am, so technically I have another 24 hours of VLC to go. That will put me comfortably into full fledged P3 on Saturday which will work out perfectly.

I'm day 3 into P3 after my 2VLCD without the HHCG, so far so good!
Today is a potluck at work, soups and salads so I'll be sticking to the salads. Menu for today: BF: Greek Yogurt L: Salads, Taco, chef D: going out to eat, so not sure....but there will be wine! |

Today is my first P3 day and I'm really nervous because we are going away for the weekend. I am praying I have the will power to stick to this. Dinner tonight is at a buffet in a casino so there should be plenty for me to choose from but there will be plenty to tempt me too.

I'm in for 4 more days, then P4 comes my way and am celebrating the big 50 with my family on the 5th at Benihanas, I can't wait I'm sooooo excited
![]() Thursday Breakfast: Coffee w/1/2 & 1/2 Brunch: 3 egg omelet w/bacon, mushrooms, green chilis with a little swiss & cheddar cheeses. Dinner:Salmon salad w/ranch dressing, a couple bites of fresh rye bread ![]() 32 oz of Tropical Passion Ice tea and water I've been weighing in at 139 lbs for four days in a row, 2 lbs above my LDW.

So, here was today's menu:
Coffee/cream 1/2 cup Voskos greek yogurt Chicken taco soup 4.8oz frozen yogurt - chocolate italian chicken/sauce, pepperoni dish. Total calories today: 1283calories. We'll see how the scale goes tomorrow. Hope to stay the same, or even 150. Should be a fun ride!! |

Ok so today was still a VLC day for me. Only a few more hours until I get to go full fledged P3.
I had: Coffee Cottage cheese tilapia fillets w/boiled okra 1/2 grapefruit I'm sure I didn't get enough water in. Hopefully it won't hurt too bad. |

Good morning! I'll start a new thread tomorrow for the full week, but will keep this one going today.
Sun-you'll do fine. Take it slow, don't go crazy now that you're back to P3. I think that's the key. LDW: 149.6 Today's weight: 150.6 yesterday's menu was about 1300calories, and I ate dinner late, so not too bad. And I had been looking forward to frozen yogurt for weeks. I'm so glad I had it, but won't be making a daily habit of it , yeat .Today's menu: coffee/cream Carbmaster yogurt L: chicken divan leftovers (LC meal I made last week and froze small portions of the leftovers) D: eating out, maybe steak? Try to control portion Shooting for about 1300-1500 calories. My BMR is about 1500cals. We'll see. Just hoping to stay low in the 150's overall, but if my body will work with me I would love to stay at 149ish. I love being my own guinea pig!! It's an odd thing. I'm not as hungry as I thought I'd be. Which is great, since I am trying to listen to my body and only eat when it's hungry. I'm still not that tuned in to it. But, then again, my body isn't that trustworthy. It's more about gaining than losing, so we don't see eye-to-eye on these matters .Have a great Saturday. Both dd's have volleyball games and are all psyched up to play. So cute!!

Heading to dinner at our salad bar restaurant-Sweet Tomatoes. Dd beat their "arch rivals" in vball today, which was quite the stress and drama filled day, so she gets to pick the restaurant. I always gain 2-3lbs after eating there. Gonna' try to eat smaller and stay in control tonight. They don't have my favorite soup, so that should make it much easier!! Gonna' face temptation the rest of my life, need to stay in control and keep my eye on the prize!!

I'm doing ok so far. Down 1 lb from my LDW and I have enjoyed two nights of restaurant meals. I can do this!! |
