Bought Ezekiel bread today for my P3

I was kind of hesitant about getting it, because I wasn't sure of how it would taste and I am such a "bread" girl.

I was suprised at the taste and it was actually pretty good!

Now I am wondering what else I can try while on P3...lmao!!

P3 is "no starches, no sugars". You can try it in P4!

Please post back here when you do end up trying it and let us know how you like it. A friend told me about that bread and I was too chicken to try it the last round. I'm a bread freak too!

I bought some last round for P4 and put it in the freezer and forgot all about it. Guess I can have it this time around. Thank goodness for freezers!

I'm not 100% sure if Ezekiel is legal or not.. it's not technically bread because it's not a grain in the same sense as whole or bleached wheat. It's sprouted grain.. not ground and processed... For example people with Celiacs or glueton allergies can eat Ezekiel..
I cannot eat wheat in any form without gaining weight, but I can eat Ezekiel.

It's also considered similar to Bible Bread or Manna.. eaten before industrilization began ruining food with processing
