Isn't it a bittersweet feeling? I'm now to small for my clothes. Today I went out and hit the clearance racks. Bought some size M shirts at Old Navy, a few were a bit lose. This surprises me! At my biggest I was a size 22, now a size 8, but I still tend to disbelieve that I'm that size!

Clean out your closet and go shopping woman!

Both in size 16W. They are skin tight and it ain't pretty, but I am thinking in another 15 or so lbs I could be rocking this outfit. Oh...and I paid $5.99 for the top on clearance and the jeans were only $11.99. Hard to complain about that!! Oh...and I got a cute Lands End quilted jacket for $30! YEAH ME! It fits and I can wear it now...altho it is snug.

I really needed a shopping fix!! I feel so much better now.

Gotta go make my cabbage and ground chicken dinner. Thinking I might try that detox bath after dinner tonight. Sounds relaxing!

YAY PEGGY! So happy for you!

Mmm, dinner & a bath, sounds very relaxing.

I went to the doctor today and when I weighed in, the nurse input my weight into the computer. A big red sign popped up and said "ARE YOU SURE? THIS PATIENT HAS LOST 12% OF HER WEIGHT SINCE HER LAST VISIT." I kid you not. She had to click "yes" in order for the computer to accept the number she input. HA! And my blood pressure was in what she called the "awesomely spectacular" range. YAY. me! Can't wait for the results of my blood tests. I hope to see lots of improvement on my numbers!

Yay Michlady! I'm down a bit too - not quite to the 170's - 180.6 ! 3.6 now away from my own mini-goal of 177 ---

Looks like the scale moved a bit for lots of us! Fantastic! Nice way to end the work week. I forgot my shot this morning, that makes 2 skip days this week. Ugh. Hope there's no repercussion to that.

How tall are you? Just curious about sizes. I have no idea what I will be when I get down to that weight. Oh don't you worry, when my current clothes get too big I will be doing just that. Probably will take one more round to get to that point.

I lost most of my weight over the course of a year on Atkins. I just started HCG (I do the RX not homeopathic) in August and this is my 3rd round. I have several more to go I am sure.

This is actually only my first round of hHGG. The closer I get to my goal the more creative I'm getting to get the weight off. I started with Carb Addicts 7 1/2 years ago. Lost 100 in a year and maintained while on fertility treatments had two kids, gained most of my lost and in Nov. 2008 started back up again with Carb Addicts, got to about 110 lost then started protein fasting during the week, carb addicts on the weekends. I thought Hhcg would give me the edge I need to hit goal! Once I hit goal I'll maintain with Carb Addicts I love the plan but I was getting inpatient as I was only losing about a 1/2 pound/week when I looked into a different plan.

Another 1/2 pound off! I'm back to my Christmas Eve weight and only 1 pound away from being in the "normal" BMI for the first time in my adult life. No pressure for tomorrow's weight in!

Good morning. I decided not to weigh this morning. I have cramps and backache (signs TOM will be here any day), am sore from my weight workout the other day, and haven't gone to the bathroom in 5 days. I'm starting a cleanse today so I hope that will get things moving

I'm headed to the gym this morning. I think I'll sit in the sauna for a while to sweat some stuff out

Let's make it a successful weekend!

DP: I went 3-4 days with no Bernice and I took some magnesium (orange powder) in some hot tea one night - within 1.5 days I was moving again.
