Way to go on your losses ladies! It's nice to see so many you lose together like this

And for the strugglers, hang in there, it's tuff, but worth it

Have a great day everybody!

I'm staying the course, and making dinner a bit early to head off the impulse to cheat. I'm going to make sure something in dinner is salty, and hope to satisfy the sweet tooth with an apple half for dessert.
I hear ya! My kids were eating Fritos Scoops in the car this week and it smelled heavenlyBUT thankfully I resisted. I just keep telling myself that if I cheat, I'll lose 3+ days of losing.

Down .2 this morning. I'm going to drop my grissini/melba and see that make a difference tomorrow. I love the losses you're having gals! Way to go!!

Two Gallons????
No way I could do 2 gallons. I would feel very lightheaded and weak with that much. Do you space it throughout the day, or are you constantly chugging it?

I'm kind of a constant drinker. Always been like that. Even off protocol, I normally have 2-3 gallons per day.

I'm with you on that Ginja. I would say most days I get in around 2 gallons. I had to force myself to stop any significant drinking after around 4pm because I was getting up in the middle of the night 3 or 4 times for a bathroom run!

Interesting. Thanks to both. I do 2-3 quarts a day. Luckily, I need bathroom breaks a lot in the mornings and then it eases up after dinner.

My body holds on to water like i'm a camel! That is why I know I didn't lose today (Actually I got on the scale this afternoon and i'm down 1.5 lbs since the first gallon went through instead of up 1.4 this morning but i'll count it tomorrow)

I get sooooo anxious waiting with those drops under my tongue to be able to drink again....not eat DRINK!

man, i just can't imagine drinking 3 (or even 2) gallons a day!! i drink 3-4L/day which feels like quite a bit to me, and that's still not even ONE gallon.

I work hard at getting 64-80oz in each day. Seriously considered just hooking an IV up to me to easy the costant nagging I give myself to keep drinking!

I have to share... I bought an incentive outfit. I have been dying to go shopping, but trying not to spend a lot of $$ since I am still losing. Well, I was in Sears of all places and took a walk thru the poor excuse of a "Womens" section, *BUT* I got a lovely button up purple striped top and a pair of Gloria Vanderbilt Amanda style jeans. Both in size 16W. They are skin tight and it ain't pretty, but I am thinking in another 15 or so lbs I could be rocking this outfit. Oh...and I paid $5.99 for the top on clearance and the jeans were only $11.99. Hard to complain about that!! Oh...and I got a cute Lands End quilted jacket for $30! YEAH ME! It fits and I can wear it now...altho it is snug.

I really needed a shopping fix!! I feel so much better now.

Gotta go make my cabbage and ground chicken dinner. Thinking I might try that detox bath after dinner tonight. Sounds relaxing!

Me too, all my stuff is in storage because I was travelling. I've been living in stretchy clothes so it will be a real blast to go through my wardrobe.

Well, here is the thing. I have literally nothing in sizes smaller than what I am now as this is the smallest I have ever been in my adult life. I got rid of all my smaller clothes that I had as a teenager....I was pretty sure the 80's look wasn't coming back......EVER!!!

Thanks! Yes, it is a good problem to have. I literally had tons of totes full of clothes and I am down to 1 tote that has maybe 6 items that were too tight the last time I went through my closet. I have a pretty full closet right now...and my hubby would agree!! I will have to get rid of lots of it I am sure after another round though....not complaining...just the facts!
