Toning and P3 question

Well I'm starting on P3 today but I have a question about P3 and toning.

I have noticed since my loss this first round on P2 that a lot of weight came off my face and neck to start with and now I have a little bit of double chin sag and I have a bit of a jiggle here and there on other places. Will this tone up on its own or do I need to do toning excercises while on P3?

Just in general, rapid weight loss always causes some sagging.... it will tighten up some on its own, but it takes time. Genetics, age, amount lost, etc. all play into the equation.

This plan is supposed to help a lot with skin tightening... and I hear a lot of that tends to happen in p3. Toning exercises never hurt, though!

Skin generally continues to tighten for up to a year after weight loss from what I've read (and from previous experience, too.)
