P2 recipe: I sure hope this was legal
Little late now if it is!
![]() I made a spicy shrimp with 100g shrimp and then I made a "broth" out of water, Mrs. Dash lemon pepper, onion flakes, dried mustard, a few squirts of Frank's Red Hot 0 calorie sauce and 1 diced shallot for the entire 4 1/2 serving recipe (1 lb shrimp) *thud* I would eat this not on a diet. Do you think it's okay? If so, I'll post above. Wasn't sure about the powdered mustard and the shallot but knew garlic was okay and onions and I've seen people use regular mustard I think so I figured powdered was even better.

I checked my Mrs. Dash - no sodium, just spices. Some of them have sucralose in them
but this one didn't. I've been using Mrs. Dash every day so far on my salad and my chicken. Sweet! I'm excited it's legal! |

Looks good to me. I use condiments like Frank's and brown mustard all the time. I took brown mustard to dip my celery and chicken in today at lunch and I use Frank's on my cabbage and ground chicken every night.
