Dosage?
Good Morning Friends!!!
I am R2P2D11 with pellets this round. I had a little too much fun in P3 (not) and gained some weight (8 pounds) and then did a light load and gained 8 more (yes, 16 pounds total). I did a light load...but it was with hwc...(I drank it) and my body reacted with the 8 pounds. SOOoooooo fast forward to today......I am down 15 pounds of the 16. I have not been hungry at all (thus, light load) and am not doing the breadsticks, melba, or T of dairy. TOM should be here today or tomorrow. My question is....last round I was told to up my drops towards the end of my round and up my protein to 150gs. Skip the bread/milk....and do an apple or grapefruit. It worked like a charm, and after a long stall or losing .5 here and there...I lost three pounds my last three days I did this. I am wondering if I could/should do something similar with my pellets??? If so, what would be the dosing?? I currently take 4 pellets, 3x a day. Today is the first day my stomach has growled. I am actually hungry...but I believe it is because TOM is on the horizon. I am only going to do 16 more days on this round. Because I am just now getting back to where I was LAST round....I am wanting to lose 11-15 more pounds. So...I need to maximize my weight loss. Opinions needed/appreciated THANK YOU!!! ![]() |

My opinions, but I'm R1:
-I wouldn't tweak this round based on last round. If you slow down, tweak, maybe. -If you decide to tweak this round, up the dosage with pellets by mimicing what you did with the drops. (if you took extra drops at each dose last time, take 5 pellets instead of 4. If you added a dosage of drops last time, take 4 pellets 4 times a day instead of 3 times a day). Pellets are the same as drops, just in a different form. -I think a lot of us get spoiled with the terrific losses on this plan. Sometimes we go for more, more, more. IMO, there's a possibility of wasting the effort by pushing too hard. The plan alters our body's way of doing business, and I for one don't know enough about the process to second-guess it. If I tweak too much in P2, I might botch my success with stabilizing and maintaining in P3 and P4. That's my opinion. Don't mean to sound witchy, it's just how I look at things.
