coconut milk

Does anyone drink coconut milk on m1? I ask somewhere else and they said since my brand had guar gum it should be avoided in m1. I'm just wondering how much guar gum could there be in it?

Any thoughts or ideas on this?

What is m1?? I don't know which phase that is. Around here we use the terms P2; P3 and P4. If it is the 500 calorie portion of the plan (which is P2) then a big NO. If it is where you eat no sugar and no starch (which is P3) then I say you can try it. See if you gain from it and if you do then don't have it. If you don't gain the next day then you can add it back in.
