??? Warning....TMI
Has anyone else had trouble with diarrhea? Today will make my third bout with it and it doesn't seem to follow any particular pattern in relation to what I eat. It seems to be somewhat random. I've read through some posts where some said it was detox. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am a terrible person to judge anything by, because I have major gut problems just in general... but yes, I have had a couple days that were pretty bad.
It could well be detox -- we are eating a very limited diet, and undoubtedly that is causing a die-off of things like yeast in the system. Hope someone else has some feedback on this. |

The days I've had a little cheat didn't seem to affect me one way or the other so I can't really blame it one that. This is first time I've had it on back to back days though. Don't know what that's about.

I do--I wonder if it is because I am fructose intolerant and eating salad veggies or spinach or cabbage etc without fat causes a BIG gut reaction. I don't even try and eat apples--when I have these same veggies with fat, no problem.
