I got very burnt out in just afew days of steamed veggies. Here is a few recipes that helped me. Carmelized onions (1)start with heavy duty nonstick skillet,(2) peel and slice onions enough for one meal or extra for another day. (3)Place in you frying pan I use no oil or spray (4)when you put a lid on them water cooks out of them. when tender take lid off and let brown to your taste.(5) I salt lightly as they cook.(6) I squeeze fresh lemon juice on when I take them up. I love these with 93 lean ground beef pattie.
(1)roasted tomatoes (2)preheat oven 425(3)Wash and slice in half roma tomatoes(4) place on baking sheet, sprinkle with salt,pepper,basil(5)bake 40 min
oriental cabbage
(1)slice and steam cabbage according to your taste(2)drain (3) sprinkle soy sauce and a little artifical sweetner

Today I am having:

Lunch: tilapia, romaine with strawberries, acv, lemon and stevia, and melba

Dinner: Experimenting with Waldorf salad--
Chicken, 1/2 apple, celery. dressing will be made from strong-brewed Bengal spice tea, lemon, salt, and a tbl of milk, and I'll have melba with it.

Snack: 1/2 apple

OK today is day one of low calorie.

Breakfast - large apple, hot tea and water
Lunch - LATE because I wasn't hungry at all(3ish)
3.5 oz of beef and 2 cups of diced cucumbers with small amt of salt,
pepper and three tbs of apple cider vinegar and one melba toast.

Right now sipping on lemon raspberry italian mineral water. I found this water and picked up some liquid flavored stevia today(english toffee and chocolate). I'll report back on how they taste.

Dinner will likely be baked chicken breast, maybe I'll add the lemon juice to the cabbage on stove top and season.
