Hey guys, back with more personals tonight. Deb - it's a funny thing, I'm back to JUDDDing now too! Started a couple of days ago. Here's my plan:
Though I'd stalled out before doing this, I also think that doing it for 3 solid weeks has also helped me to keep from regaining. That was part of what I read in the book about some of the benefits, after you stop, they linger for a while, and part of it is that it's harder to regain. I also figured that in order to shed fat alternate day dieting on hcg, I'll have to modify it and simply keep my up days to 1200 or 1300 calories. My plan for down days is allowing up to 750 calories. I'm in a good rhythm of exercise right now, 23 minute HIITs every other day plus a 6 minute session with my shakeweight, together which burns a litle over 200 calories, which I'm allowed to deduct. Doing this on my down days allows me an extra 200 calories. Some down days, I'll go quite low, but other down days I will eat up to 950, deduct the exercise, and come in at 750. Ideally though, I'd like my down days to be in a tight range between 500-600, which still allows me 700-800 before counting exercise. Ultimately, it should average around 1000 calories a day. I'm still maintaining at the same point, and have been easing into the alternate day dieting for a few days. Today's an up day, but of course, it's a controlled up day. Ah well the good news is my newest size 8s are fitting fabulously, my oldest clothes are noticeably looser, my tummy is slimming down, and I feel slim even now though more than ready to shed at least 4 or 5 lbs in this next cycle. Guys, I did find some places to put beads in my ears last night, but it's kinda hard to explain - it was really hard to find them in my own ears even with this huge book I was reading called Ear Acupuncture. (I have little ears... can't wait to see how hard it is to try to find a point on my 3 y/o DD's ears!) I almost want to go into an acupuncturist's office just to confirm I got them right... it's a little tricky, but there are some awesome points in there - some for craving, some for overeating, some for systemic health, even one that helps to cause homeostasis and balance of all the hormones. Anyways, I'll be back around tonight.

Yes, injections. My Dr is giving me 6 weeks free (because I send her lots of referrals) so the money isn't an issue. :P I think I will cheat Fri-Mon one meal a day.

Hi guys!!
I read earlier but couldn't post from work. Even this will be a quickie. Gotta' get the kids to bed, dh is away all week so I'm doing it all. Trash too (not my fave) . But we're doing well. Carina-like your plan and the attitude that goes with it Paula-Good job on the push ups. I did the 100 push ups challege a few years ago and was surprised and delighted at how quickly I improved!! Deb-you're doing great. Listening to your body seems to make it happy! Weighing less often will keep you happy!! Once I'm back down a bit more I may do more of an alternate day plan. Depending on my exercise etc.Droy-since you're doing the Rx you should just follow what Simeons says in his protocol. I'd skip the injections and save them for when/if you need damage control. Have fun!! Island-I'm working on getting back to LDW right now myself. I chose to go off, and enjoyed it. But really want to lose some more now!! We can do it!! Jolene-I'm kinda' doing more protocol too. Although my coffee w/ hnh in the morning is my rogue shout out .I am back in the 150's again today. Whew. I was 163.6 yesterday morning, and today was 159.6. Yeah!! Looks like being really strict (600cals) is paying off. Too soon to celebrate yet. I want to be back to LDW by Friday, then hopefully on to new territory. I decided I really want to just see the 140's. Even 148-149 will make me happy. I tried on a pair of size 6 jeans today. They nearly fit!! I was going to buy them as my "goal" jeans, but the sale at Kohls starts tomorrow. I'll wait until then .I am joining the gym tomorrow . I have been putting it off for too long. I'll probably eat higher cals (protein mostly) on days I lift. Hoping to do 3 days a week, but 2 will be a good starting point. I plan to build some muscle while losing some fat. Sounds like a great plan, right? Have a great night. I'm hungry , but not worried or upset. These days a little hunger encourages me that hopefully my body is using the stored energy!! Want to lose this muffin top!!

Muffin top? Julie, you are clearly looking at someone else's body, not yours! Good luck to you and Jolene going back to protocol, and hope the losses continue for you both!
Droy -- I'm super jealous of your free injections... how excellent! |

. I usually want to lose saddlebags and lower belly, but this time around I'm hoping to lose upper belly. Very unusual for me. Hope it leaves soon!!I think I'm finally catching up with the recent weight loss. I finally "see" that I do look thinner. I tried on clothes today and a size 8 dress was a bit loose on me. Another one was tight in the bust (NEVER happens) and loose in the hips! I think there really is some truth to the reshaping properties of weight loss on hCG. If I can see a difference, then it really must work. I'm my own worst critic (I'm sure we all are). Mini-btw-what is the avi picture? I'm sure there's a story there, and I apologize if I missed your explanation. But I would like to know. It's so cute!! |

Julie -- I've seen other pics of you, and you look great! Your brain hasn't caught up with your body yet.... I do hope you are right about the reshaping part of this, too... so far, it seems that I am losing from the problem areas primarily, which is not normal for me
Thanks about the avitar pic! This was part of a photoshoot that I did modeling some of the clothes that I am making for art school ( a recycled clothing project) --- so I'm hamming it up for the camera ... you can't see it in the crop, but I am wearing a huge bustle skirt in the photo. I like to get costumed up and go out, too... I'm just an adult who never grew out of playing dress up ![]()

Morning all!
Julie-looks like you have a plan to get back into the swing of things. That is great that you joined a gym. I would like to eventually, but we just don't have the funds for that right now. I am doing okay at home though, so I can't complain. I would love to take some classes. And you look fabulous! You will be back to where you want to be, but YOU are fabulous!! Carina-I love reading your posts. You are wealth of information. Keep it coming. Looks like your plan is going well too. KUTGW!! All you JUDDDERS-I am curious to see your results. I was really thinking of doing JUDDD with hcg too, but I am finding low carb with controlled cals is working for me so far. I am down another 1lb today! And I am starting to feel better. The antibiotics are kicking in. I have my cranberry pills and am hoping to keep these UTIs at bay. They really take a toll on ya! I can't wait to get into the 130's! I may rethink my goal weight. I may not need to get under 130, but I have a lot of flabby places that need to get shaped up and I don't know if that is needed in weight loss. I guess I will have to wait and see. I am amazed at the shaping qualities of hcg. I love it! ![]() Hope everyone has a happy day! |

Good morning all and CONGRATS on the great releases!
I am down .4, on vlcd 7, and still higher than my vlcd 1 weight (I'm at 148.8) - thanks to TOM and standard weekend gain. TOM is on his way out the door! I think I would have dropped more, but I had lunch out yesterday - steak salad. I chose good options, but you can never really know when you are eating out! It was grass-fed beef though, and SO good. ![]() |

Hope you are feeling better . What I bolded in your response will help me get through those days my "plan" goes out the window!!So many losers, here, and so excited for you all! I am watching the JUDDDers closely. I'm going to do my best to stay at 500 cals. today. I think if I can just get one 500 cal. day under my belt I will be able to get back on track! I forgot my drops last night before bed. I will have to adjust my timing because I'm just not thinking straight by the time it's bedtime ![]() Well, down another lb. so I guess the hhcg is doing its work because I'm certainly not!! Have an awesome day, everyone!

Hi ladies,
I hope you don't mind me joining your group. I have been silently following along with you since December. I am currently in P4 of my first round of hcg. I did the pellets and lost about 16 lbs. total. I am up almost 4 pounds from my lowest weight. I have been eating a lot of whole grain carbs lately and need to cut back! I have also been exercising for 1/2 hour daily so I am not sure if that is making a difference. My first round was a bit rogue. I am mainly vegetarian and was having a very tough time at the end of the last round. I started using Greek yogurt, Jay Robb shakes, and some coconut oil. It didn't make the scale go up so I stuck with it. I would really like to do a more liberal round but am not sure where to begin?? I would love to stick to a more vegetarian plan. I would be happy with shakes, Greek yogurt, and nice big salads with olive oil dressing. I will eat canned tuna and fresh shrimp so those are options too. Any words of advice would be great. Lostfox I have really been following your info. You are such a great help! I would love to hear more about your enzymes and Chinese beauty tea |

Ladies I am happy to announce not only am I only .4 from LIW, I also have lost the same exact weight on day 19 that I had last round when I didn't give in to cheats. 11 lbs gone on VLCD 17. Not as fantastic as some but since I am getting closer to goal and I give in to my cravings here and there, I WILL TAKE IT! 146.6 this morning. Hopefully I will continue to lose this week so I can "enjoy" the weekend with my out of town guests a little. ![]() |

Morning all!!!!
So here I am AGAIN. I will try to make my story as short as can be... I restarted strict protocol last week only to find myself in unbearable hunger pangs (NOT CRAVINGS.....) that I messed up dearly on Saturday night. That said, I on the drops but doing low carb/Atkins induction type meals which keep me satiated and happy...I know Atkins back and forth so I don't have too much to think about and the food on Atkins (in my opinion) is WONDERFUL!! Here's a breakdown of what the scale has done since last week: Last week from Tuesday 1/4 til Saturday night 1/8 I had lost 5.5lbs on P2. Then Saturday nite I ate...No choice. I ate carbs (all we had at home - bad I know)..So by Monday 1/10 I had a 1 lb gain. Mind you I ate bad on Saturday nite. Ate regular meals (not p2, not low carb) on Sunday while on the hhcg. Monday and yesterday I I ate low carb (Atkins). Today I am down 1.5lbs from where I was Monday... That's that. I will continue my low carb/hhcg while exercising (something I truly love doing) and keep track of my progress for a few weeks. I have ZERO desire to go back to strict P2.....*sigh* But it just wasn't for me!!!! |

congrats to all on the great losses again today!
I'm reporting in with a -1.6 loss this morning! That puts me down 13.6 lbs in 9 completed days! Could not be happier! Clothes are getting quite baggy already. Which I am definitely not complaining about! ![]() |

Hey guys! I was busy, didn't get to the boards yesterday. I did resist the crunch burrito, my kids got them though & I ate my turkey chili. I did have one tiny bite of the inside (no tortilla) & they ARE delicious, but I'll pass for now. would be good for loading though because they are over 500cal 20g fat each. Wow!
I'm in the 10 day stall. No loss yesterday or today, but I know it'll pass. (I hope) |

Just a quickie from me today, I've lost 1.2 lbs of my weekend gain but I'm still 2.8 lbs away from my lowest weight. Oh well! My new clothes are fitting great tho and I'm finally starting to notice a slim down in my thighs, yippee! Today I am a little off plan, more of a low carb day than a protocol day but I'm going to up my water to maybe compensate, LOL!
Julie--you are awesome, that's a huge loss you had last night! I wanna be like you!! |
