Not vegetarian, but I noticed my highest calorie item will be large apple at 117 cal. I notice your plan does not include breadsticks or melba...is that because there is starch in the sausages?
Having a large apple instead of one of the satsumas will make your tally go to 404. Also adding 2 melbas gets you to 444. The highest calorie vegetables are cabbage and asparagus. If you're doing the juice of one lemon, add 16 cal to your total. |
