I take injections, so it's just once a day. I just do the weight off three times a day ten drops. It definately makes me have some stomach rumbles. Not bad enough to stop but, I can feel a diff when I take it. I hope that the rumbles mean the fat is leaving lol.

Ooh, I just took my drops. They came in the mail today!!! Yay!!!!!!!!!!! Lacey, the bottle has instructions on it---at least mine came with instructions. That is what I am going by. 10 drops 3 times a day in between meals.

That makes sense! Dr S has us load WITH the hcg to get it into our systems. Same thing with the homeopathic hcg. We are to load with that as well and it takes 2 days to get out of our system also. This must work the same. So giving it a few days sounds like a plan. I am not too worried about the hunger part, as I have not experienced that yet. But I want to have the other effects. The inch loss will be amazing I am thinking

I'm struggling with these drops- they really taste yucky to me. Holding them under my tongue is proving difficult.

They do have an odd taste, but I have gotten used to it. I can say, tonight, I do believe they help with hunger. I worked out, and was absolutely starving afterward... and I took the drops. Half an hour (and no food) later, I am much less hungry.

my opinion....I believe they are working. Im on day 3 vlc and i admit i was hungry most of yest. (i started these drops yest) and today not hungry at all. I had to force down my coffee

That's great to hear. I think they kinda work too. I'm hoping that they melt inches most of all. Hmmm do I feel another bottle on the horizon today? I don't want to run out. I'm also wondering if I can take them during p3. Maybe I should try the spray dawn used. Yep another purchase in the works. You guys keep my amex working hard.:blush:

The Drops of Skinny are just that. Drops. I think what I did with them was put whatever amount of drops it said to in a small amount of water and drink. They are not homeopathic---it is an herbal formulation and can be taken whenever!! So timing is not such an issue as with the homeopathic hcg. But there was a timetable that was printed on the bottle. You took it first thing in the morning and again 2 hours after lunch. I am debating whether to try them again after this round is done. I used them after my last round and stabilized really, really well in P3. P4 is when all heck broke loose!!!

Ugh.....I just took these drops again and boy. Do they ever stink and taste so gross!!!! Ehhhhh!!! Maybe that is how they work??!!!! It repulses you from any kind of food! I am still getting the tummy grumbling every once in a while. And never really had any kind of hunger while on P2, so unsure if they are working for me. I will wait a few more days to decide if they are doing any good. Lacey---I sure wish I would have to force my coffee down. Maybe I could kick that habit then. Maybe tomorrow???

Well I decided I'm going to take the "weight off" while I'm on P3. I'll see what happens. Can't hurt much I would think.

Doesn't taste too bad to me. Definately different.

The information I got with it said it works great with the hcg, but it does not have to be used with it. So I think you would do well with it on P3. I wonder then what happened to my bottle as I think this stuff is vile.

I have only taken it for a few days, but have seen no difference whatsoever. I have not even noticed a diminishing appetite---and it is supposed to be an appetite suppresant!!! Hopefully soon this will kick in gear.

I'm pretty convinced it helps. I am having a lot more of those no-hunger, great energy days, and the inches are definitely moving right off! I am glad I bought the second bottle, personally ... it does seem to get better with regular use.

Let's get some updates here. I am taking the Weight Off and notice nothing while doing it. Not making any craving going away and I am still hungry while taking it. I don't notice the appetite suppression. I am thinking this is a very YMMV kind of thing. Is anyone getting any benefit from taking it?

I am going to switch things up to see if I can get it to work. I am going to start doing 15 drops at a time AND dosing separately from the hcg.
