I stabilized after my last round at 6 pounds over LDW. I was not happy about it and did try to fight it for a while, but boy was I stable - I could eat anything I wanted. And, that extra weight is coming off quickly now, during this round.

I just wanted to say that I also agree with this. I drove myself batty trying to force my body to stabilize within that "2 lbs limit." I'm getting ready to start another round this weekend but I also stabilized fine at 6 lbs from LDW.
