Sun luvin do you just get nonfat lattes? I'm assuming it hasn't effected your losses having all the extra milk? I miss lattes! So if you're able to do it, I may try it.

Espresso with TB milk and chocolate stevia drops (first time, not bad)
Orange
Chicken broth with celery and chicken breast
Apple
Sirloin with grissini and 3 oz. tomato "soup"
Seltzer with lemon
What's the hump? Do you use ****** and measure things out?

Well, according to what I just found out I've been ordering non-fat, but apparently my local McDonalds neglected to tell me they don't serve non-fat. So I've been having (at least) one large SF Vanilla Latte every morning. I have been losing even with it, but they've been very slow losses. 1/2 a pound a day or something like that. I could lose faster without them I'm sure.

R2VLCD6 - Morning weight=168.8, 1.6 lbs down

Had a hard day yesterday, but made it through.

B: 3 mugs coffee w/cocoa and liquid stevia
S: pink lady apple
L: Mexican chicken soup (chicken, tomatoes, broth & seasoning)
S: 1/2 grissini
D: eggs w/cabbage (eggs beaten and then all mixed up and scrambled/cooked together) w/garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper... also added a little bit of hot sauce at the table
S: frozen strawberries thawed just enough to bite into. Was yummier than I thought it would be.

Beverages: 160 oz. water, mug green tea, mug chocolate Yerba Mate tea

Other: Did chew 6 (yes 6 ) pieces of gum to help me get through the stress and cravings. I guess I'm okay with Trident cinnamon gum. Yea!

ETA: Forgot to mention that I got in a 30 minute walk w/the kiddos (pushed the 27 lb little guy in the stroller). It was nice, and we all needed to get out.

Oh boy ~ I'm losing it vewy vewy swowy, .02 oz at a time for the last 4 days. It may be that eating my tomato as a fruit is the reason: Cause and Effect?

B: black coffee, water
L: beef & cabbage, water
D: burger patty, tomato, water
S: contemplating a 1/2 grapefruit

Is it really THAT slow? My scale weighs to 0.2 lbs, which would be 3.2 oz if I'm calculating correctly at this time of night. Do you mean 0.2 lbs? I've never heard of a scale being quite that accurate. Even my kitchen scale only weighs to the tenth (not hundredth) of an ounce.

I wouldn't know about the "tomato as a fruit" thing, since I've never done that. But, I suppose it could be the cause. Anyhow... I'm sorry that it's coming off so slowly. Wishing you a great release in the morning!

You can sub tomato as a fruit..skip fruit. Was that a question?lol

TOM still here in full force but happy to say still holding 137.
Hungries were really getting me yesterday. It was a challenge to hang on. Cannot wait for TOM to leave, it will settle down. Plus I ran out of broth.

Food today:
decaff with only 3 tspn of hnh..cutting back to see if this matters
Meal 1: 2.5 oz of cooked chicken with cucumbers in acv
Meal 2: 1 egg/3 whites, .5 grapefruit, radishes
3 liters of water with one can of Black Cherry zevia mixed in
Gingerbread tea w/stevia

2 mile walk, supplements

Cjoy,
I was reading a stall tip page somewhere on line and it was suggested to skip the meat. Try a new source of protein for a few days. Do you take magnesium supplements?

Hi all

Stevie, thanks for the tip. I'll keep that option in mind. As far as the tomato goes I was able to lose in increments of .02 lbs/day for four days by including it in my beef & cabbage and chicken & cabbage. It tasted so darn good I just kept eating it but as usual some things come to an end and I stopped eating the stuff. I woke up to a .08 lb loss this morning, weighing in at 139.4. I'm extremely tickled that I finally broke the 140's and now have less than 10 lbs to my goal.

You are doing great and look fabulous! It must have been a long road for you, what an inspiration for others. I really love reading all your updates and musings! Thanks for sharing. I noticed that you have Black Cherry Zevia on your menu so I searched it and it looks very refreshing, so I put it on my list and am hoping that my Henry's market aka Whole foods has it and/or my local grocery store, Albertson's carries it.

On another note, I put in an organic chicken (breast) in the crockpot to see if it'll make a difference or not in showing weight loss. I tend to stall (maintain) eating regular chicken, like you. I've only eaten it once this round and miss it. So, we'll see.

Thanks for being here.

I bought a bag of arugula at Trader Joe's--20 cals and 2 carbs for half a bag--I sauteed half the bag to have with some baked chicken and ate the other half of the bag as a salad--yummmmmmy!

Well, I've got to finish cleaning my kitchen and go for a walk to my local markets. It'll take me about 2 hours there and back, but ya know, I wouldn't have it any other way I'll come home to some crock pot chicken and have me some soup. Have a great day!

I wanted to say in the other thread congrats on seeing the 130's! I love it! We have the same goal weight. It is thrilling to see the 130's so I am right there with ya!

I bet the soda is at Whole foods. I have yet to see it at the regular markets. I get mine at Sprouts. I do like the Ginger root beer also but diluted to tackle my water.

Aww, yes, the chicken stall. I just got back from Trader Joes and am cooking a new bird for broth, but the family gets the bulk of the bird usually. Speaking of family, my dog wont eat the liver, cooked or raw. she prefers cookie dough.lol

Thanks for the kind words...nothing was working for me. I am thrilled to have took the plunge with HCG.

ouizoid,
yum.
I bought a bag of shredded cabbage at TJ's. Not sure if I will get to it but it is good to have some food in the fridge.

Everyone drinking their water? I am just starting and its 11:30. Kinda late.

Down 11.2 lbs! Not bad for week 1. Now I'm finally back to 1 under my LDW of round 1. Any of the losses from here on out are uncharted ground. Numbers I haven't seen since high school.

B: coffee/ff hnh/truvia
L: shrimp, SF cocktail sauce, orange
D: I'll probably make turkey chili again, it was so good & filling.

Probably will try to get my veggies in too, I just haven't wanted them but I know I need them.

Not bad?! Girl that is FANTASTIC!

And for what its worth, there are days I don't eat my veggies. Shhhh..don't tell my mama.

Today I am jonesing for steak and tomatoes. Just defrosted 2 for me and the kiddo. Thinking of steak for both meals and maybe finish the cucumbers. Will skip fruit and combine tomato/cuke's together.

Water....3 liters or bust!

I'm drinking my gallon of water a day! Not always easy to do though. Yes, I did find the Zevia at Whole Foods aka Henry's Market. I was able to drop another .04 after eating the "organic chicken" soup. Mmmm, it was delish!

Yeah, we do have the same goal weight and are about at the same weight now, give or take a couple of pounds cool

I love the cabbage and yes having food in the fridge is helpful

I am so grateful to have found the hcg way, truly, a blessing.

Cool beans
This thread helps me too.

Todays plan of attack..
decaff with hnh, stevia
3 liters of water mixed with Black Cherry zevia ( only 1 can)
filet Mignon and grape tomato
Egg/3 whites with Franks Hot sauce and radishes
.5 grapefruit

Dropped a .5...back to LDW from when I ended my last P2. Now that I am here, let the final few start coming off and seeing virgin weight territory.

I am wanting some hamburger with cabbage but that will have to wait until we shop for our groceries end of the week.
