Vitamin Water Zero

I wonder if Vitamin Water Zero would be okay with Simeons. It's mainly water with stevia/erythritol for sweetening and whatever flavor it happens to be. And it has a ton of vitamins in it. It's supposedly all natural. I swear I think I would be able to survive anything if I could have it, but I don't want to do anything to stall myself. It doesn't seem like it would be all that much different than herbal tea with sweetners. Any opinions?

While I never had it while on protocol, you can try it. If you stall out then you know it was the Vitamin Water. I say you should try it and see how your body does with it. I have had the occasional diet drink while out at a restaurant and it didn't derail me. I have tried many different sweeteners on plan and thankfully have not found 1 that stalls me. I say go for it!!

I would look at ingredients. It says zero calories, but it has up to 4 carbs per serving, 2 servings per bottle. What are the carbs from?

Bumping because I have this same question. The Lemon flavor in front of me has 7g of carbs per bottle, although everything else is zero. It is sweetened with Stevia.

Robin Woodall actually recommended it to me as okay for protocol, but the carb thing seems bizarre. Where are they coming from?

Never mind. I googled "what are the carbs in Vitamin Water zero," and decided I won't be having it until maybe P3. Very strange though.

I could have sworn I saw 120 calories on the bottle, I had used vitamin water zero in between rounds and I love. I'd love to know I can use it. I saw robin drinking it on her youtube video when she was showing a day of her eating to hunger.

Adeline, that may be the regular Vitamin Water that has that many calories, but not Vitamin Water Zero. Hence the Zero. But apparently it's a bit of a cheat (depending on the flavor, up to 30-ish calories). Interesting explanations online.

Make sure you read the labels of the different flavors of the Zero drinks. I have been drinking the lemonade flavor with no ill effects. I didn't consider it rogue at all until I read all of this! But i had picked up an orange flavor and a strawberry flavor. One of them had sugar in it! Which I didn't realize until I had drank a good part of the bottle! (it didn't hurt anything) The orange flavor had modified food starch in it, so I didn't drink that. So I'm sticking to my lemonade.

yes you're right, I must have looked at the wrong vitamin water. I have some that is 4 carbs and 0 everything else.

Christyb, it was Robin W. who advised me get the Vitamin Water Zero. She has not seen any issues with it, I guess. I feel better knowing that you haven't either! Maybe I'll have it again.

I drink zero all the time I water it down with ice and 20oz of water. I like the watered down version best and it helps my water for the day. Hasnt caused a problem for me.

I had to report this here.

Last night I woke up at 2am with a raging headache. I decided to drink some Vitamin Water Zero, watered down a bit with water (but I probably had half a bottle). Fell back asleep, then woke up a bit later to realize my headache was completely GONE. It honestly felt like a miracle.

It's very interesting about the carbs/calories in this drink if you do some research. Apparently the ingredient that's contributing the carbs (don't have it in front of me, but starts with an "e") has fewer calories per gram than most carbs, and isn't utilized by the body the same way. I wish we had more answers. I'd love to drink one a day and not worry. But AMAZING medicine for my headache. I must have needed those electrolytes or something.
