Good morning! I went way up yesterday, due to overindulging in a glass of wine and way more steak than I should have had. But this morning, I was down that, plus. So I am again at a low for me. 146.2

R3P2VLCD20 148.1 (+1.5) drank wine; ate large steak
R3P2VLCD21 146.2 (-1.9)

Have a great day!

Nice!!! Some days that is how I had to do it---just one meal at a time in order to stay on track. Not even one day at a time...just one meal!! Good going on the loss

I found some at Walgreens. They are on sale this week, halfprice. Still overpriced, but if you want to stop waiting

Hi Soontobe....

I've read everyone's entries since last night and you've been a busy group!

Congratulations to everyone who has lost weight, no matter how much.

I have completed R1P2VLCD3 and am down 7 pounds. Very pleased with the protocol.

Have a great day. I need to get to work - I'll check in later.

Yes, and the display proudly states "100% hormone free" I was laughing when I saw that. But good to know that they are there if an emergency came up. I saw one post about someone running over her drops with the van

I wonder if Canada will ever sell them in the stores, that would be nice in a pinch even if you have to pay more.

Hey everyone! I'm currently looking at maybe trying this out towards the end of January, I have a cruise coming up next week so now is definitely not the time for 500 calories a day!

My problem though is that I'm in Canada, and when I search online I just find a whole bunch of sleazy SEO optimized websites that are probably scams, I find a lot of sites saying that THEIR HCG is the only good one and that the others sell "water", dosages seem different, it's just really scary to trust anyone! And since the sleazy sites seem to have the best SEO, I can't even find real conversations of people honestly talking about this stuff, well other than here of course! Unfortunately here being a store site and not being able to talk about ordering online, it doesn't help me all that much. I know we can talk about brands though, could you guys tell me what brands you're using and how much it costs for a 40 day round? I still need to look around some more to see which ones actually will get into Canada, I found another message board that was saying customs was not letting HCG through but they were from 2007, so I'm not sure if anything has changed law-wise.

Dawn,

You are sooo right. Honestly its a waste of time and money. You know the saying nothing taste as good as being thin feels, is actually true. No matter what I eat it taste better in my mind than reality. I can wait to eat those things. I just can! Nothing is better than my size six jeans!

Just wanted to jump in here...

Yesterday was VLCD1 for me. Wasn't too hungry. It was MUCH better than round 1. I was having a hard time getting into it this round, but after my loss this morning... I think I'm "in the game."

R2LD1 = 172.4 (LDW from R1)
R2LD2 = 174.2
R2VLCD1 = 176.2
R2VLCD2 = 171.8 (4.4 lb loss all my load weight gone, plus some Woohoo!)

This protocol rocks! My tastes seem to be different so far this time. Didn't really want anything too spicy yesterday. Thankfully I had borrowed a cookbook from my SIL, so I made Savory Baked Chicken for dinner last night. It was pretty good. Surprised me. Today I'm going to try Mongolian Beef w/Cabbage.

Here's to a good day for everyone!

Hi everyone!!

I'm still hanging in there. I'm worried about my new drops though. I bought Intermountain this time and I seem to be hungrier on these than I was on my other drops. I'm concerned. I'm also not losing like I was on the other drops. I do need to get back to very strictly weighing and concious of everything that goes on my food, but I wasn't having to be this precise with my other drops.

I hope it's just a phase. Or maybe because TOM is due next week. Whatever it is I hope it passes soon.

Oh, and exactly how do I count interruption days? The week before Christmas and the weekend of New Years I was completely off plan and no drops. Do I count those days as my P2 days and keep going or skip those days and start counting again when I started my drops/eating correctly? I don't want to go past the regulated days, but I've only lost 13 lbs and I would be on P2D32 if I count it straight through.

When I did my interruption, I did it both ways. When I wanted to go longer to reach goal I counted the day I got back to it as my day #1. But when I did my first interruption I just counted from the day I resumed. It really is up to you!! I hope your drops are not the problem, but remember Chouter had that same issue. Perhaps a new bottle/different Hhcg is in order

So I could start from this past Monday as my P2 day 1 and go for another 23-40 days and my body not build up a tolerance to the hHCG?

And yes, I'm wondering about the drops. I'm starving and have no energy. The drops I had before I got locally (for $25 for one ounce ) and they were labelled as eHCG (had some kind of energy vitamin included). They also had a lower dosage for those. I was taking 5 drops 4 times a day on my other ones.

I agree. One day with a little cheat is ok, but when I was off 3 days it really messed things up! Not worth it at all in my book!

Looks like everyone is doing great!! Keep it up girls.

VLCD3 and down another 2.8 lbs for a total of 4.8. I am hoping I can keep on this round until I reach goal but I do have a planned interruption in about 3 weeks.

I was a little cranky last night and about took DH head off when he wanted baked potatoes(which take a while to cook) and I was starving and wanted to make something fast. He settled on some packaged noodles to go with his steak and I enjoyed my beef and cabbage.

It's interesting that you ladies mention this. I was theorizing about it myself with my husband as we were on of our long walks. It has been colder than usual here in SOCAL, brrrr.

I am in Canada ordered from Netrition the 1st time expediated delivery with FedEx they got through, 2nd time they were sent back, so I ordered intermountain drops they came ground took about 10 business days but they came through, I also ordered again from Netrition but ground this time they took about 3 weeks to come. I also ordered the pellets they came ground but took 3 weeks to get here. If you are close to the border you can get them delivered to a PO box number and pick them up if that isn't an option then you will have to order them online and pray that they get through.

I am using the intermountain drops I take 10 drops 3X a day and don't have any hunger, with the fusion ones I had hunger in the morning not really bad. How many drops are you taking?

VLCD3 and down another 2.8 lbs for a total of 4.8.:clap: I am hoping I can keep on this round until I reach goal but I do have a planned interruption in about 3 weeks.

I was a little cranky last night and about took DH head off when he wanted baked potatoes(which take a while to cook) and I was starving and wanted to make something fast. He settled on some packaged noodles to go with his steak and I enjoyed my beef and cabbage.
way to go on the pounds lost.

I take the same. 10 drops 3X daily. Once first thing in the morning, once around noonish then again around 5:30 pm.

I've been curbing the hunger with water. I start to get hungry on the verge of nauseous so I grab a bottle of water. But that is only a temporary fix.

I take mine at 6:30 am, approx. 2pm and approx. 8:30 - 9:00 pm, I used to take them around the same times that you are doing but found that I was hungry during the day especially in the morning so I switched them to the other times and it seems to work better.

You can do that for sure. There is no immunity with the homeopathic. So you can go on for as long as you want/need. At least I was told that with what I bought. You may need a break once you lose a certain amount though for skin tightening or if you stall for a while. I mean Dr S did put those breaks in between the rounds for a reason. But he didn't really say how to treat the interruption. On the drops I would try as Cindy suggested. Try other dosing times, but you may have to give it a few days to see if that works. I hope it works.
