Sweetner question?

I am such a natural sugar girl  and I am having a hard time with the taste of the Stevia.

Is there anything else that we can use other than Stevia?

Whatever you used to use before. But if that was sugar, then no you cannot have that. I have used NectaSweet in my coffee and Splenda for a few things as well. I have heard of others using Truvia, Xylitol, Sweet N Low, Equal. There are so many to chose from now, I am sure you will find one you can live with!!

I don't like stevia much either. I'm doing strictly protocal and am afraid to try any of the other sweetners that they may stall me.

Dr S said in his protocol that any sweetener may be used even though he preferred saccharin. Therefore you do have to try and see which ones your body will like best. I agree that some sweeteners may cause a stall, but you have to find out which ones those are so you can stay away!! Thankfully I have not found one that does that to me.
