2 correction days in a row

Two days ago I was .4 lbs over my LDW window. I should have immediately done a correction day but, I tried just eating light. It didnt work and yesterday I was 2.4 lbs over my window.

So, I did a steak day yesterday and I'm back down to being just .4 lbs over my window.

So, do I do another correction day today?

And, if so, does it have to be just one protein or can I just do a protein day where I eat nothing but protein but, a variety of protein - like eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch and steak for dinner?

Found the answer. You don't do correction days back to back. Will eat high protein today with minimal veggies and see where I am tomorrow. If needed, will do a correction day tomorrow.

Is the number "2" on your keyboard busted?

I happen to remember this exact typo from the other day. :P

What do you mean? I'm .4 over my "window" which is technically 2.4 over my LDW.

Most people refer to their "window" since anything within that + or - 2 lb window is not significant. It's only when you go above or below that it matters and I'm currently .4 lbs above that window.
