wanted to come back and say that i realize this may make some think "gosh, doesn't she know anything about hcg? she needs to read the manuscript"

I do. I thought maybe it was such a trace amt that it didn't matter? I'm hoping. I spent 15 on this big'ole honkin bottle on amazon and might have to find something else. bummer.

Honestly, I did without as many supplements as I could while on P2. My doc doesn't want me on calcium (I had a hair analysis done to determine a supplement plan) so I don't think I can help you there. The bare min you NEED on P2: potassium for cramps and B-12 for energy. That is all!! The magnesium is IF you have bowel movement issues. Only then do you need that. I wish I could say to take or not, but you have to determine if you want your bottle to sit around while you are on P2 LOL.

The methly is the better of the 2, but I have used the other and been OK. And I don't worry about the teeny tiny amount of fillers they use in vitamins. I think if you have trouble after starting your P2 then you can look into that as a cause for concern, but not starting out. It is such a minute amount that I have never worried about it. I wanted to start out as cheap as I possibly could so I cut most everything out!
