That's the right attitude! Just don't let it get any farther out of control

I just worked out and now I'm starving. I just took my second dose for the day

It's ok. The last one was a week ago Sunday. I added back Macadamias and either they're not something I should have, or (more likely) I can't control myself and ate too many. I also had 2 sugar-free peanutbutter cups last night and my stomach wasn't happy. Too much malitol, I think. So, combining both of those, and maybe the bacon from lunch, since that has salt, I didn't do something right yesterday.

But, I just finished my huge steak, and finishing it off with an apple. Yum!

LDW was 136 and today start P3 at 136.5 - so adding in calories these last couple of days slowly merging out of I bumped a .5 - normal! My body is screaming for good fats so yeah for P3!

Disney,
you got a lot of good replies. Will be curious to see how you do. I see you are at 109. Looking good there missy!

Cindy,
it is water gain, you know what to do today. What kinda cookies we talkin' about?! lol - and thanks for posting about L&F. I replied to her in the old thread.

TMB,
I would do the same thing - so then you can enjoy a few yummies this week. Are you going anywhere this Christmas? Are you going to cycle or do a 3 week p3?

HexaTheAmazon,
airplane food is a diet wrecker.lol..I always try to bring my own food. So a cheese binge! Way better then junk and who knows, you may not have any repercussions at all. When do you start a new round? And enjoy your vacation and family time!

Chouter!!
I am so happy for you!! Come on 140's.....they are right there. So I wanted to ask if you had the chance to find an online food calorie site you liked? I know that the personal ****** pc option is better then the online one. And my friend likes the app on her phone...gosh, forgot the name. But she can enter her foods as she goes.

MellaBella,
great! I think that is the way to go....you will be in good company as we anticipate a lot of folks starting then. i know I went through my mental calender last night, all the things we have coming up and what I want to look like...I will probably be around here for a long time keeping myself in line.

Going to take my mom to the spa to spoil her. I may get my eyebrows waxed. Hope they don't blow it! lol

Hi to all!
Stevie, thanks for the comment. Well, my cheese binge didn't hurt. I think I did something wrong with my eatting yesterday because today I am .3 oz less than my LDW. I guess I didn't eat enough cheese... No, I think it's because I didn't eat lunch because I thought I was correcting for the cheese and for dinner I had a salad with 1 egg. In addition, I exercised and spent some time in the sauna. Sauna time is a treat for me. I drank a lot but maybe not enough. Oh well, more food for me today. Maybe some cheese LOL...

Congrats on your LDW . I would have to do another 2 rounds to get there but when I return to Kuwait I will start my second round. I am looking forward to that

Have a great holiday!1

Thanks! I'm feeling good about my results so far

Yesterday I did an upper body weight workout, heavy weights, lower reps and 40 minutes cardio

I've been going 3 times a week since I started. 2 weights and cardio.

I remember how dang happy I was to get that number into the 160s. It was a nice weekend, but not worth that amount of gain for 4 days.

Up 5 ot so pounds for the long weekend. a pound a day up! Chugging the water hard today. will assess the damage tomorrow and decide if I need a steak/fast day tomorrow.

I hope so Jackie!

so far today I have had a cube of cheese and some coffee. I don't have much food in the house. I will probably make some eggs for my real breakfast after I have some coffee.

So my loose plan is:

Eggs
burgers
more burgers or chicken spinach salad.

135.5 - a half pound below LDW. Today I increase my calories way high via fat.

I started increasing my exercise a bit yesterday and will slowly add more today. I used to be so limber, no I feel really tight. I am going to use the rubber ball and try to incorporate some weights. I do not want to over do it or else I will have to stop.

P3 people....Who eats Fage Greek Yogurt? I bought the full fat one and I don't know what to do with it. lol

Great to catch up and read everyone's posts!

Its very wet out, but hope to get a walk in anyway. Lots of chores to do getting ready for Christmas.

I eat Fage all the time!! I usually add strawberries or whatever berries I have, some sweetener, coconut flakes and if I feel like it some kind of nuts. The nuts depend on what I have on hand, but pecans are my fave. It makes a nice lunch.

Aww, thanks! I will play a bit with it today. I like the idea of coconut in it. I am not doing nuts until I make almond meal crackers Thursday.

I think I bought the full fat, it has the highest calories and fat grams. It has a 2 on the label and I don't know why. lol

At the end of the day, it all breaks down to a bargain because the food on P2 is a bargain.

There is about a $25 difference is all, And I know the drops worked well. I am just looking for the amino acids to help it work well, Plus dosage is way easier.

That is truth! Especially since DH and DS eat pretty much what I do, plus some extra veggies. They are pretty low maintenance. But I must say by the end of the time they were as sick of chicken and LF ground beef as I was

You hit the nail on the head. Once you realize that it works and how it transforms your shape, you would give your eyeteeth to have it. I was into the cheap too when I started. Then realized it was worth it to pay a bit more since it really helps in the long run to buy a trusted brand you have tried and seen the results of. Whatever it takes

Um, so yeah. Remember yesterday when I said I was .3 away from a new decade, and that was enough to motivate me to eat clean? Yeah. scratch that. Went to a Christmas party last night. I had a couple of biscotti, and that's it on the food, but I drink a lot of wine. Up 2.6 today. Dammit! I knew better, but I make a choice, so I have to endure the consequences. Great party, though. I'm back on track today. I even stayed away from all the cookies and candy at work today.

Have a great day, everyone!

Tis a very hard season to behave. I am cooking chocolate chip cookies and am having no problem avoiding them but DH just called and said he may take tomorrow off, that would mean he has 6 days off in a row. He is a really good cook! Ruh-roh! And I want my wine dang it! lol

Hang in there sweets.

Hey Losers

Gosh my internet was down a few days. I missed you guys. Doing well this week. Just made some cabbage soup and green tea for dinner. I tried the cottage cheese today as a sub for my protein. Hope that it doesn't stall me. Honestly its such a tiny bit of food. Somehow the meat just looks like more. Not hungry thou... I dropped some last night. I knew I would because I was kinda hungry when I went to bed. I turned in early also. OK gonna catch up on the thread.

Everyone b strong

Is anyone on P2 on Christmas? I haven't decided what I am gonna do

Hey you. Was wondering where you have been. I can lose fine on cc as long as I drink water because it is salty.

No p2 for me this week. In fact, the festivities around here are starting tomorrow! I see a correction day in my near future! LOL

You could cycle off and enjoy Christmas day...gosh I am a bad influence! lol

Stevie, LOL, now that's proactive advise and its good. It's my understanding if you are going to have a planned cheat day you dont take HCG for that day. I hope this is correct information. It might assist in lowering the damages. As for me, as long as there is no cheese platter, I should be good

Disney, your stats are similar to mine. Looking at how fast you got to goal makes me so excited! I am starting as soon as my stuff arrives. Hopefully in the next day or so. I would look to load up on Christmas Eve and Christmas!! What do the ? marks mean for your stats? You did not weight in?

Its really great. I was stuck at 116 for ages this really broke my stall and has allowed me to get back on track. I'm not losing as fast as a lot of people here but it's good enough for me!

Yes, the ?s were days I didn't weigh in. I'm not always with my scale in the mornings

Have fun loading and good luck!
