I went off protocol twice during my 40 day round. Once with Mexican food and once with Chinese food. I still lost 19 pounds and went down two sizes from a 12 to an 8. Maybe I would have lost 20 or 21 lbs if I hadn't cheated but "eh"-- I didn't regret them, and I got RIGHT back on plan the next day and felt fine.
OH but I did read this on another forum-- some little tips if you do happen to go off protocol. They worked for me: -- drink 1 to 2 liters of Smart Water (with the magnesium and calcium) --drink water w/ apple cider vinegar --drink "triple threat tea"---- It's gree tea, Yerbe Mate, and dandelion tea --exercise. I did a 5-Mile Leslie Sansone video. |

I survived the party and stuck to my plan. Since I will be on P3 during Christmas, I will look forward to some LC treats next week.

I did well! Wine, 1 chicken wing, a little piece of a bread bowl and some celery and cucumbers. Right. Back on today easily. I'm ready to see some new lows this week before Christmas!

Thanks for this thread -- I am about to start HCG, and have two potential pitfall days coming up -- one is a lunch with colleagues, and one a visit to my mom's (involving lunch). I was actually wondering if I should wait and start after those are over, but I think I will simply do as much damage control as possible during those events, and start as soon as I get my drops.
Disney... I am a tiny thing, too... though not quite as small as you are. I am somewhere between 4'11 and 5 feet, and a small frame, but a lot of muscle from being athletic most of my life. I think my goal is 105, but I may actually look better at 110 -- I will reassess when I get there. I haven't weighed yet, but think I am at about 125 or so right now...?

I was 156 after I had my baby and too had 110 as my original goal. Now that I am here I definitely want more gone! I was 95 at one point and just a little too skinny so I'm honking 100-102 is perfect for me ![]() |

Disney --Our stats are really similar...My high weight was 155 (but I don't have a child to show for it...lol!). I gained a lot of weight during a bad, bad bout with Lyme disease, which pretty much destroyed my metabolism for a while.
After I recovered from that I went back to LC, and lost a lot. Then I got a gut infection from the prolonged antibiotics, and couldn't eat solid food at all for months.. so I dropped to 108. I actually DID look too skinny at 108, but I am not sure if that is because I had been on forced-starvation to get there, and was also coming out of a big loss...? I worked out a lot during that time to preserve muscle mass, so I was a very buffed 108, too. Who knows.... I focused on getting well, and have been pretty stable in the 120-125 range for over a year, and now it is time to drop back to goal. I haven't been dieting at all for many months, so it should be interesting to see how this goes. I will see how I feel when I get there. No need to worry about that right now. Can't wait to see your goal pics!!! |

I'm dedfanitly not too skinny at 108, though I wish I was! Havign a baby really changed my body a lot more than I thought. I'm getting there though
I too am working out now so Im hoping to be nice and lean when I hit goal I went off plan last night. I'm up a pound from my low. I haven't decided if it's worth it or not. I'm still losing about 2 pounds a week, which is huge losses for someone my size |
