Heartier HCG Recipes During Winter Months?
Hi everyone!
I am back on the HCG diet for the 2nd time this year. Lost about 15 lbs this summer in time for my summer vacation but then gained it all back because I didn't go into P3 or P4. I went back to eating the old way after losing my job but I am back on track! Over the summer, the plan was easier because I ate lighter meals and found it easier to get outside to walk if I needed to keep active. But now that we are in the colder months I am finding it more difficult to be satisfied with just fish and a veggie. I also subbed a few meals with a no carb/sugar shake and I still lost 1-2lbs a day over the summer. But again for some reason that just isnt enough now. Im not sure what it is but I guess I need to find some new recipes. Please post some of your more heartier HCG friendly recipes so I can build some into my meal plan for the week! Also, if you can post some dressings that are HCG friendly that would be helpful as well. Thanks! |

This one is technically legal if you count the tomato sauce as a 'fruit'... I love it, though!
Fry up your lean ground beef, crush in a clove of garlic, season with some basil and oregano and a little salt and pepper. Add 1 small can of no salt tomato sauce (1/2 sm can if only one serving), 1/2 cup water, and 5 or 10 oz of shredded cabbage. It makes a huge plate of food and I found it really filling and hearty! |

two cups Pacific mushroom broth (5 cals/cup), one can chicken breast, frozen spinach, hot sauce (sometimes I add a bag of miracle noodles)--yum! Hot and filling and the perfect lunch

In the recipe sticky above there is a recipe for P2 french onion soup. The one by metqa--not the other one. I believe it is on page 2. It is my favorite of all time P2 recipes. I really enjoyed it last winter on P2, and this summer too!
