I'm so visual. if I read a recipe I cannot imagine it in my mind well unless there is a picture. I'm sure i can make it through 40 days without fancy recipes but i have a feeling they will help.

so, are there sites with pics and recipes?

the sticky of recipes has several great pictures youtube has videos of lots of recipes some may have off protocol stuff though so just watch for that

this shows portions and stuff but i believe she uses coconut oil
i don't use ANY oil on P2 i want any fat my body uses during that time to have come out of my fat cells
